Amazing establishment! I had some significant damage done to the front end of my truck. I came in and they gave me a fair quote. I brought the truck in and they offered me a vehicle to use while the work was performed on my truck. A week later they had given me a call and I was expecting that they either had bad news or that they needed to order other parts. But to my surprise the truck was already completed. And they did an amazing job. They far exceeded my expectations. If you want great service from friendly, honest, hard working people of god. Dale and Devin are the people to see. I will be a lifetime friend and customer of this company.

This guy and his shop are scammers and ripoff artists. They used the extreme need of a loaner car and some website saying Allstate is ranked 31 out of 32 in customer service, as leverage and intimidation to justify his over inflated estimate and get my wife and I to agree to pay the difference of $1400 or bump us to the end of the line of 15 cars after ours. Pushing us out until January. All the while saying he's going to continue to work with the insurance company to get them to cover the difference. He also charged $76 per hour labor when the average in this area is $70 and intimidated us into agreeing to pay half the difference of that too. This is after having our car for over 10 days. He never sent picture evidence to justify his high estimate or justify the work on things that didn't seem to need fixing, like several things with the A/C. The deer hit was on the left, and the A/C is on the right. He just kept complaining about Allstate and them wanting to him to use junkyard parts. When in reality, he used the junkyard part in his estimate and Allstate wanted aftermarket parts that were cheaper than his junkyard parts in their estimate. I finally got my insurance agent to call Dale and he told Dale that 2 other shops would do the work for the Allstate estimate if he didn't want to fix the car for their estimate. He said he'd fix it. He finally calls us saying it's fixed. We get there and he held the car hostage until we agreed to pay the difference. All the while continuing to say it's Allstate that doesn't want to work with him and they're ranked 31 out of 32 in the state, when he still by this time hasn't sent any pics or evidence of the needed repairs that Allstate didn't see were needed. He brought up their rank like 6 times to us, and several times to my insurance agent. We get in the car to leave and the check engine light is on. He couldn't even fix the car right. I make them pull it in and fix that on the spot to which he wasn't happy to do. Then, we get in the car to leave, he blocks the driver door to try and argue and justify is overcharged estimate more and refusing to get out of the way for us to leave. Just as I was about to call the cops to get him to let us leave, he finally got away from the door so we could go.
To sum up, he threatened to bump us out a month if we didn't agree to pay the difference after he had the car for over 10 days knowing we desperately needed the loaner car. He agreed to work on it after being told we'd take it somewhere else. And still held the car hostage until we paid $1512.09 over our $500 deductible. He kept telling us he was working with the insurance company, the whole time refusing to call them expecting us or my agent to do his work for him. Said he sent the pics and evidence to the insurance company but didn't. So he completely lied to our faces about that and flat out tried to screw us or the insurance company out of $1400+ more or hold our car hostage. Completely unethical, unprofessional, and probably illegal. We will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the consumer protection agency.
Between my wife and I, we've had 5 animal hits (4 deer, 1 racoon) and 2 collision claims with Allstate and there's never been an issue until now. I don't believe all of a sudden, Allstate has become a problem.

Me and my sister were two hours away from home and had something dragging on our car that sounded horrible, just happened to call double A auto body since they where the closest to use, we pulled in and I believe his name was Dale came out right away to help pulled our car in and fixed it for us, I highly recommend coming here! Wonderful help and wonderful people!

They were very friendly and helpful when I hit a deer. Initially my insurance gave me a much lower estimate than Double A gave me. Double A took care of the insurance headache for me, including calling the adjuster out to the shop to get the correct estimate. I didn't have to worry about a thing! They also have low cost rental cars available if you need a ride when they are repairing your vehicle. I highly recommend Double A Auto Body.Services: Painting
