Although all I have had to visit Oostburg Automotive for has been oil changes (thankfully!) I have been super impressed with the customer service! They got me in quickly and provided me with straight-forward pricing which I had trouble finding in Sheboygan. I am pretty new to the area and embarrassed to say that until recently, my parents have handled these things for me. I have only spoken with Rick, but he is friendly and SO helpful, and made me feel so much more comfortable and confident in dealing with my car.
