I entered the store and was greeted buy the nicest little dog. He's gentle and likes to be petted and somehow knew I was a dog person.I met the lady working there who was very nice and answered my jewelry questions

Just stopped in to get a watch band resized and to have a new battery put in another watch. He was able to do both in about 10 minutes and for a great price. The band was something I lived with the way it was for a few years. Should have stopped in there so much sooner. Definitely will go back, I like supporting small business, so much more so when the service is spectacular.

Brought my old (20 years?) Pulsar watch back to life. The band had been broken several years ago. I tried a jeweler in Stoughton, but they said I would have to source a new band myself. Discouraged, it sat in a drawer for a few more years, battery long dead, until I decided to try Bergey’s. I brought it in on a Saturday morning and I had back the following Wednesday. They communicated when the cost was over $50 (final price just over) for the new band, new battery, and labor. I so appreciate fixing instead of replacing; Bergey did a great job!

The staff and selection! They can help with everything from creating a new piece of jewelry, to repairing an old, to watch batteries... I have found SO many wonderful pieces both in their estate sales, but also in all of the other cabinets. It is always a joy to just stop in! Thanks!

Walking into their store is like being welcomed home. Such wonderful service and so many beautiful pieces to see. They have everything in there from jewelry, watches & clocks (that can put on a show). If you need clock repair they do that as well. I also love the fact that they buy and sell jewelry. They get in some amazing pieces from people and then sell them at great prices! I love my beautiful ring I bought at their estate sale!!! Great prices with amazing service- I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Bergey Jewelry is great! I bought my wife earrings on our wedding day that she loved. She unfortunatly lost one and the good people at Bergey Jewelry were able to match the one she lost at a very reasonable cost its great working with small family owned businesses!

My go-to jewelry store. The staff are the nicest, most wonderful people to work with. Whether I'm getttjng a stock item or they're making me a custom piece, I'm always treated well and patiently (it can take me some time to make a decision). They always have good suggestions, and a good selection. They're great at fixing and repairs too - they've repaired many items like watches that I thought were garbage. Highly recommend.

It was such a pleasure yesterday visiting the store. I remember buying a loose ruby from their when I was 23 yrs ago. Little did I know it would have led to a Jewelry career later! This will always be a destination for me. It is certainly a landmark for Oregon.

Repeatedly have a great experience when shopping at Bergey's whether I stop by just to browse, replace a watch battery or find a unique piece of hand crafted necklace like today. Bergey's alsohas a nice selection of estate jewelry. The service is always friendly and timely.

I recently had two rings repaired at Bergey Jewelry. They did a fantastic job with the repairs, the price was reasonable, and the staff was very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend Bergey Jewelry.

Bergey Jewelry is the only place I will shop for jewelry! I have bought a few things myself from Bergey and my husband bought my engagement ring from Bergey. We also had them take my mom's wedding band to make it into my band and it looks beautiful. Jill has been very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and I am very pleased with the service that I always receive.
