If there was a minus 10 that is what I would rate them. I made an appointment, rearranged my schedule the be home, they didn't show up or call. I called them and was told they would contact the service guy and see where he was and how soon he would be here, they never call me back. Then I called several times and left a voice message and still nothing. Worse experience I've ever had with a company.
In response to your response. I have phone records where I called you. I immediately added the appointment to my calendar. If I am lying why did you tell me you would call the service person and let me know what time he would be here. Why did you not call me back when you said you would or call me back when I left you a voice message or even answer my call to you

I got a quote and tried to set up an appointment for close to a month. I was upfront with the fact that I'm a disabled vet and I'd be using a third party vet's association to pay for the replacement. I could never get them to give me a firm time or date on when they'd make an appointment. I could hardly get them to return my phone calls or texts.
Last week I was supposed to have the appointment, but there was some discourse with the business and my third party. They changed the appointment to the next day. I never got a time for either day. At the end of the day, I finally got a text saying they weren't doing it that day and they'd switch to Monday morning, fine. I asked what time, I got "you're the second job". I texted at 9 saying I had a quick errand and would be back. Nothing. I called. Nothing. I called my third party and we discussed the issue. Apparently they'd spoken to my third party, but not myself, the plan had been for the third party to arrive while the glass was being installed, but the owner wanted the check before starting the job. The owner alluded to my third party that if the job wasn't paid for, he'd get the lien on my car. Never once have we not said we wouldn't pay him, just that the job had to be done before the association could pay for it.
I finally get a call from the owner and he said he'll be coming to do the job in roughly two hours, he just needs to hear from my third party. I tell my third party this, he calls, and then the owner gets upset, says they don't take checks, and hangs up. I still have not received a call notifying me of these changes. The secretary did texted me at one point saying her phone had died, and that we'd reschedule for tomorrow, but that was before my third party spoke with the owner.
I'm sure he's good at installing glass. Heck, I picked them because he seemed like an honest and good man on the phone. To me, it seems that either of these people are too old to understand newer technology and things that are slightly different than what they're used to. Sure did teach me a valuable lesson about strictly shopping local.

I have been doing business with Mike (Dependable Auto Glass) for mor than 20 years. To give you an idea this past month Mike did more than 6 cars from customers of my business.Two of this cars he scratches the glass with his own tools. One of the cars is our business demo. We have been calling and texting him and he’s secretary but they seems to be ignoring our claims.I hate giving this review but maybe this way he would contact us

I had them set up to install the glass on my 68 cutlass, and they only do classic cars on Friday, and had the last 4 Friday's scheduled, and canceled every time, and told me after the 3 cancelation that he only will do it if he has time his other customers come first, and it was my falt for giving him another chance, and he canceled again. And when I told him I would have to find another place to do the windows he just hung up on me.
