Not a fan of their “tippy” tipping system. It charges you a fee, which isn’t disclosed until you finish the transaction, and starts at a recommended tip of 30%. 30%. For a 15 minute haircut. Come on.Was really hoping for a great local haircut spot in Oregon, but this is just not it.

I asked to get my eyebrows trimmed and the lady was like I don’t trim them unless they are going wild.. if a paying guest wants them trimmed you TRIM them!! She also grilled me on the bumps on my scalp that I’m seeing a dermatologist for. She said don’t listen to them buy our shampoo. No thanks!Service: Haircut

My mother (who hates confrontation) went there to get her hair cut. Ali was more concerned with how her own hair was than my mothers. The cut did not look even and she was very upset about it. When she went back in to have it fixed she was told it's because the way her hair falls, then because her hair was curly (mind you she straightened her hair), then was told it doesn't look right because the highlights (even though it looked fine on the other side of her head), then had the balls to say it was the other stylist she used from a different salon. So many excuses for a poor job!!

I sent my daughter there who is on my account with fantastic Sams, but since our usual stylist has since quit we chose a new one. My daughter is 16 and can make her own decisions but we like to keep her on my file so we can keep track of haircuts and payment easier. When my daughter got home not only did she not have the haircut she wanted but apparently the stylist had made a whole new account for her which blocked her from using my card on file and she didn’t have a way to pay. The stylist did this without asking, and the girl is 16. She also mentioned that she wanted a specific hairstyle and the stylist said “it is impossible to have curtain bangs with layers it looks bad. Why would you want curtain bangs?” Overall my daughter was upset and I feel awful for sending her there. Will be changing salons.Service: Haircut

This was my first time taking my son here but it was conveniently located so thought I would give it a shot. They used a clipper on a small section of his hair to see if I liked the length but it was hard to tell from that. They then proceeded to tell me if I asked to make it shorter after she already went over it then I would get charged for a second hair cut. I felt pressured to just pick a length despite getting to see how it would really look. She then only asked my 8 year old how they liked the cut instead of asking me if I was ok with it. I was really not impressed and think I will need to take him again in another week or two just to actually get a good cut. Then they proceeded to stand over and watch me as I was told to pick a tip amount with preset options of no less than 30%. When I manually selected a different tip amount it still charged my credit card for the 30%. I don't normally write reviews but I've never had such an uncomfortable and disappointing experience at a hair salon.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They did not make me feel welcome extremely rude and judgmental. Additionally the haircut was horrible. I do not recommend ever going there! I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I had showed a certain picture of the hair style/cut I had wanted done. She instead chopped the entire top layer of my hair, making it look like there is 2 separate hair length’s completely around my head. Doesn’t even remotely look like layering. I am so upset beyond belief. She also sat there and was constantly telling me how damaged my hair was after telling her that I already knew how damaged it was. It’s gonna take months to grow this back out….

Tried to make appointment and they wanted me to put a credit card on file. Ive never heard of putting a credit card on file to be able to make appointment for haircut. No im good

I am done going here. The only person that seems to work there anymore is Ali who I actively tried to avoid. She is very rude and pretentious. She is the only person I’ve had who refuses to do specific simple thing like thinning my hair in the summer. I gave her another try tonight and wanted to get up and walk out before my cut was over. The way they take payment now is crazy. You have to give them a credit card number just to request a time slot. They make you pay for tips with a separate transaction that charges the customer an extra transaction fee. I was never even told how much my cut cost. Every time i have her cut my hair she asks me how long it has been since my last cut and makes you feel guilty for not coming back sooner. When I told her I went somewhere else a few times she started grilling me where I went. Not a good way to make people want to come back.Service: Haircut

This was definitely the worst experience ever. The stylist was very rude to my 12 yr old son, didn't cut as requested and charged me twice! Never ever go here if you value yourself at all.Service: Haircut

Know that my favorite person Vanessa doesn't work there it went downhill I think it's ridiculous that you have to buy both shampoo and conditioner when buying product also I think it's ridiculous that you have to give your debit card or your credit card number to them when booking appointment
