I'm not happy. The doctors have been fine, if you can get one. Right now in May/June 2022 calling in to get an appointment or to return a call is just about impossible. You get the computer and you choose "Press 3 to talk to a staff member" and then you listen to Dean Medicare Advantage ads for 20 minutes or more. You just can't get through -- even if you miss a call from a nurse and return it immediately all you get is DeanAdvantage advertising. Good bye Dean.

Waited almost 2 hours for someone to answer. Horrible experience every time I call and make appointments for my mom.

I am working with Dr. Mendyk and only was able to get in with JD sooner. I was a little skeptical for having to relay info over so many people but I had such a great experience with a complicated issue and am glad that JD was the person to help me today ? I really felt heard by both doctors and felt that both JD and Dr. Mendyk are really working to help me. Very down to earth and great to work with!

Not sure if SSM health is aware that this clinic is ripping people off but its terrible do not go there.Someone, who is not me and i won't name, went for a yearly physical and mentioned the need for a new rescue inhaler due to an old one being empty, was then CHARGED for the visit citing asthma issues.NO they just wanted a prescription refill on a lifetime issue, why would you CHARGE someone for renewing a prescription that is a LIFETIME issue. So according to this clinic every time you need a new inhaler they will charge you $100s to ask for it and then you pay for the new inhaler. What a joke. And this person has and is still trying to fight this but has been denied already.Do not go to this clinic as it price gouges you often, as it tried this before over a minor issue that was asked during a routine visit!! It's crazy!
