Haley Johnson went above and beyond and knows her job inside and out .
She deserves a raise and a promotion .
I went in because my I was having issues allowing permissions to allow the DMV to take a picture for a drivers license renewal and she not only knew exactly why it was not working she fixed it then literally helped me get through the DMV website and helped me get done .
She saved me a day , was extremely polite and made suggestions bout my settings and other issues.
Previous help form other people when I got m phone there was also excellent . I have been to many US cellular stores in the past and this is the best by far .

We only use this location for one reason-BEN. Hands down best customer service we have ever received at a cell phone provider. Wish they could clone him!!!

Ben was able to help me switch from another provider with my own device. My device was challenging, but he patiently worked through the challenges and now I'm all set! I'm very lucky he was working when I came in!

Five stars for Ben! He was the only employee on staff at the time and had a store full of people to help. He kept his cool the entire time and was able to successfully help everyone in a timely manner with a positive attitude. He was there well after closing time but made sure that everyone was helped and all their questions were answered and their needs were met. He was also very knowledgeable about all the products and went the extra mile to get the customer the best possible deal. Well done!

I went in today to get my son a new phone. His was horribly outdated, no longer receiving updates. Lisa was so friendly and helpful, making sure I got the best value possible and informing me of any possible ways to save. No pushy sales tactics, just great info. She did her job quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, due to the phone’s age, it took a while to get through the data and info transfer. She handled it all in stride and was wonderful company while we waited. This has become my new “home store”. Thanks Lisa!

Lisa Bernstein is AMAZING! She knew within 15 minutes of our conversation what was wrong. She had me call 611 and inform them of the solution. The tech could see my texts were in 'limbo' and she proceeded with Lisa's recommendations. Previously, I had spent 9 hours troubleshooting and even switched phones with the store in Beloit. I was ready to return the phone and switch carriers. Oregon is a bit of a drive for me but definitely worth it. I will do all my future business with Lisa! Lisa's customer service and trouble-shooting skills are top-notch.
