“When I arrived at the storage facility I saw the security gate was open when it shouldn't be. I watched for several minutes but it didn't close.
So I called KO Storage and explained what my call was about. Giselle answered and after hearing the issue tried to close the gate remotely. That didn't work. So she was going to contact the site manager for a work order. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel good leaving the issue in her hands.”
