Just have to say I called 8 times throughout today to try and get ahold of someone to talk to him about my packages. And nobody answered the phone any of the times absolutely horrible.Customer service worst post stuff is should definitely fire a few people

I’ve lived in Osceola for four years and haven’t had a single good experience. I understand that the usps isn’t a great company to work for and I have sympathy for that, but this has gotten ridiculous, if anyone knows how to escalate these issues I’d love to know. I was there two weeks ago to pick up my large packages since they refuse to deliver them to our house “due to the road not being wide enough for our delivery driver to comfortably drive through in their minivan.” We have multiple garbage trucks, Amazon deliveries, ups, gas trucks etc. that drive through multiple times a day with no issue. When I arrived to pick up my packages I stood there for no less than 5 minutes, AFTER making eye contact with someone, while the three employees were arguing about break times and other employees. Once they got around to helping me they only gave me one of my packages and the others sat there with out any notification to me. When I went to collect the rest of my delivery I was told “good thing you came today, we were about to send it back”, I let the employee know I wasn’t notified about the package. This employee was the same as the last time and felt comfortable saying that a different employee was at fault when it’s clear, based on delivery status, that they just didn’t look for all of my packages on my first visit. I honestly don’t understand how they stay employed.

Terrible service!! Stood in line for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. No one came and you can clearly hear the two in the back chatting away. Rang the bell that you can clearly hear waited 5 more minutes with no help. I walked out. This place has some very unprofessional people working for them. This was not the first incident. Very rude and disrespectful. If you don’t like your job I suggest you go find somewhere else to work!

Constantly leaving my mailbox open when it functions just fine leaving my mail soaked on rainy snowy days, constantly delivering me other peoples mail (even after going to the post office physically to sort things out), and just recently I put a five Christmas cards in the mailbox to be sent out and they only grabbed three out of the five and left two in the mailbox. 📬

My mailbox is often left open, or partially open. This has happened multiple times.
My mailbox closes nice, and stays closed IF the carrier will shut it completely.
I have had a lot of wet mail on rainy, and snowy days.
The usps online menu does not give me an option to leave this message.

Went to drop off a package to return and 2pages were printed off so wasn't sure what was needed to be taped on. Got there and they said I had to tape it myself and of course I didn't bring any tape with me. They offered their small tape rolls to buy for $3.99. What happened to helping each other.

Worst mail delivery ever. They have rerouted my packages several times for no apparent reason/// and made me pay hundreds extra in shipping due to this fact. They are completely incompetent.

Absolutely terrible customer service, rude tone and no desire to actually help. I call about a lost package as it had been delivered to the wrong house. I informed the person the phone it was marked delivered but not there. She tells me it says delivered at the porch or front door. To which I say I know it's not there. She asks me for the tracking so I attempt to give it to her and she cuts me off second digit in, saying it's not one of theirs because their international tracking starts with two letters WHICH I SAID TWO LETTERS but she rudely assumed I meant zero instead of O and rather than ask told me NOPE not one of ours. I get understaffing but it's not an excuse.

A package that I was expecting shows it was delivered-left by the front door or porch. Well, I don't know who's front door or porch it was left by, but it wasn't mine! This keeps happening. The other packages expected arrived. I don't get it. They really need to look at their customer service.
