Went to drop off a package to return and 2pages were printed off so wasn't sure what was needed to be taped on. Got there and they said I had to tape it myself and of course I didn't bring any tape with me. They offered their small tape rolls to buy for $3.99. What happened to helping each other.

Worst mail delivery ever. They have rerouted my packages several times for no apparent reason/// and made me pay hundreds extra in shipping due to this fact. They are completely incompetent.

Absolutely terrible customer service, rude tone and no desire to actually help. I call about a lost package as it had been delivered to the wrong house. I informed the person the phone it was marked delivered but not there. She tells me it says delivered at the porch or front door. To which I say I know it's not there. She asks me for the tracking so I attempt to give it to her and she cuts me off second digit in, saying it's not one of theirs because their international tracking starts with two letters WHICH I SAID TWO LETTERS but she rudely assumed I meant zero instead of O and rather than ask told me NOPE not one of ours. I get understaffing but it's not an excuse.

A package that I was expecting shows it was delivered-left by the front door or porch. Well, I don't know who's front door or porch it was left by, but it wasn't mine! This keeps happening. The other packages expected arrived. I don't get it. They really need to look at their customer service.

One star not even warranted for this location!! RUDE RUDE RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Manager is never there to speak to either. I get staffing issues and your busy but sorry THATS YOUR JOB!!!! just because your busy and having a bad day does NOT give you a right to treat people rudely!! I will NEVER go to this post again and I used to do a lot of business there. I even bought the staff gift cards for coffee. Brought in gifts etc. but now!! No way! I now go to dresser and was told that a LOT of people from Osceola no go to dresser. This Osceola post needs to get rid of the bad apples ASAP!!! Horrible people work there and there is ZERO excuse for it! Hey management LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Shipped a rifle to an FFL dealer through this post office, the address provided was correct (I've used it before) and I was told "this address isn't in our system, but don't worry it will get there!" Well, it's been nearly 4 weeks and my package is missing and USPS is zero help. Thanks for losing my firearm guys, I guess a USPS employee out there has a nice new rifle to use this hunting season.

I had packages to be delivered today. They couldn't be delivered due to weather conditions?? The roads were fine at 11 am and my regular mail was able to be delivered including a package she had on regular delivery to my door. So I don't understand how the package delivery person couldn't deliver to my door but the gal that delivers daily mail can...

Adorable old school style post office! They served my Grandma for years. I came here for years to her PO box with her. They were always so polite and helpful. They even addressed her by name. I loved the service we received for her. And I'm all the way from Madison!
