“This really is a great place to live. Reading the reviews online with people kind of blew me away. I have never had an issue with noise, or uncleanliness of the building. The staff have always been nice and welcoming to anything you need. Maintenance is always taken care of right away(minus the time when the elevator went out for a few days but, I’ve worked a few places where this happens and unfortunately it can take that long to fix an issue) and I lived on the top floor. I loved the location, there is the river walk trail where I rode my bike with my dog every day, they provide a safe warm place to store my bike. The river is beautiful especially at sun rise and set. They do cute little community events each month to bring people together and make friends. I don’t think the others writing bad reviews have lived in bad apartments before and expect the world maybe? I don’t know, I have 0 complaints about this apartment, the only reason I needed to leave is because I wanted to move in with family to save money to move out of state. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to somewhere nice to stay. I never write reviews but, the reviews that have been left don’t reflect how nice this place has been to me and my dog.”
