First time at Aspen Dental in Oshkosh, WI and we could not be more pleased. Everyone was very friendly . They explained everything and answered all the questions we had. We felt very comfortable.

I was so scared to go to the dentist, due to a horrible experience I had in the past. I was so hesitant to even call to see if I could get in but it was an emergency as I had broke 2 of my teeth and my mouth was throbbing, I couldn’t eat or sleep cuz of the pain. A friend of mine told me he and went here and had no issues. So I told myself you need this and called. I had my appointment today March 20th 2024. When I got the the receptionist was very kind and friendly, she checked me in, I filled out some paperwork and within 10 mins I was in the back getting X-rays. The dental assistant then took me to my room. I explained to her I was scared and nervous due to past experiences and she told me not to worry everyone there is friendly and professional and will take care of me. We talked a little about why I was there and she got everything set up for the dentist. The dentist came in we talked and he checked my teeth, told me he will absolutely helps me with getting the broken teeth out. The dentist numbed my gums and then asked if I was ready for the rest of the numbing to be able to pull the teeth, I said yes I am. He did his thing and was very gentle and kind, he talked to me the whole time he was numbing me, when he was finished he told me he would be back shortly to make sure I’m numb so they can begin the extraction. When he came back with his assistant, he was like are you ready, I was like umm idk, so he did the scratch test and I didn’t feel a thing. He said when I start if you feel anything and it’s not right lift your hand. So he began, within 10 mins teeth out, I felt absolutely nothing. He asked me how I was feeling, I was like I good, I didn’t feel a thing. He gave me instructions for when I’m home asked me if I needed anything else, I told him no and thank you for being amazing and gentle, this is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. He said your welcome and we will see you next month for some more work. When I say I will never go to another dentist again, I absolutely mean it. Aspen Dental is by far the best place to go. Everyone very friendly and professional and they care about how your feeling. The dentist also called me to check on me a few hours after I was home. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL

Have not had any actual work done yet but have many appointments scheduled. First time that I am anxious to see a dentist. Everyone was so professional and nice and informative. Like walking into a family that cares.

X- rays were taken, a thorough examination revealed a troubled root canal needing further treatment.Aspen Dental gives me great comfort in knowing my dental needs will be taken care of in a professional manner.
