Can’t get checks cashed on time they take off for days on end and leave you hanging won’t or don’t have resources to do the basic functions a normal bank can or at least there staff are useless at the very most

You might want to change your hours online so they match when you’re actually open. Reference to Saturday

If you change your hours maybe you should let people know instead we drove 35 min to come here and your closed. With the cost of gas that does not make me happy. Get it together please

Went there to deposit a check the other day, which I hadn't done in years. Thomas Phillipsen went above and beyond in providing me with great customer service! He was very helpful, assisting me with depositing my check. He informed me about the app and scanning my check to deposit it from my phone. He even gave me a practice check as I had expressed my concern that I would screw it up. He also gave me info and advice on other services provided by associated bank.
