Joey store manager excellent customer service. Had an absolute nightmare of a mishap to unravel after i initially traded in my phone, due to some miscommunication. Joey stood by me as a consumer and long term customer and made things more then right and I got my phone for free.
He is the reason my family is still with AT&T so thank you Joey :)

Joey was very attentive and efficient in helping. He is personable and cares about making this location better than previous management. I like to do my own research before coming into the store and breakdown all the pricing included in the bill. I recommend you take the time and know exactly how what you want with your plan and how it is structured. Making sure you understand it will save headaches in the future, both for you and the store associates.

This was definitely the easiest and most efficient visit I’ve had at AT&T. We got a new phone in minutes, and Joey was very helpful and informative. Joey provided great customer service. He was professional and provided a few laughs as well. I would recommend talking to Joey at the AT&T Oshkosh store for your phone needs.

I’ve been trying to get a replacement camera protector for an iphone 14 pro max. They advertise lifetime replacement but that is useless if they don’t carry the replacements. I was told the first time I went in that they couldn’t order it and have it sent to my house without me paying full price. The woman suggested I just continue to stop in. When I questioned this, the manager then got involved and said she would put a store order in and call me when it came in. I stopped in again 2-3 weeks later and it was like the first visit never happened. The same manager took my name again and said she would order the replacement and call me when it came in. Now 3-4 weeks later, nothing. I stopped in today and the same employee from the first visit was completely oblivious to the people waiting for service. She didn’t even acknowledge I was there. In fact someone came in after me and she started talking to then about their issue and then said she’d be with them as soon as she finished up with the people in front of me. If they were busy and trying to get through people, I could be patient, but she was chatting and wasting time like there was no one in the store. I called the store when I got home and the same employee answered the phone laughing. I explained everything that had happened. She said if I come into the store they could order the part and ship it directly to me. I told her that was funny because SHE had told me at my first visit that they could NOT do that. Of course, she had no answer for that. Rather than helping to solve the problem, they made empty promises just to get me out the door. Clearly they have no clue of the concept of customer service.

I wish I could give this review zero stars, unfortunately that isn’t an option. I interacted with Lexie and she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unkempt. I went in looking to upgrade my iPhone 12. She immediately told me the best option would be the iPhone 15, 256 gigabytes. I tried numerous times to explain to her the gigabytes were not important to me and i was okay with getting 128. Instead of listening to my wants and needs as her customer, she continued to pressure me and argue with me to buy what SHE felt was best. She placed the screen protector on and left multiple bubbles, when asked to fix that and do it properly she refused. Ultimately I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsatisfied with my purchase. After having some time to think about it, I realized I really didn’t want any of the products she’s pushed onto me, and decided to go back to exchange for what I wanted. The iPhone 15 was just too large for my preference and I chose the iPhone 14 because it came in a much smaller size. When doing the exchange she AGAIN tried to talk me into buying the products she felt best instead of just listening to what I was wanting. Eventually, we were able process the exchange and the order for the new phone was placed. Proceeding this she told me to hold onto the current IPhone 15 case that I previously purchased, and to come in and exchange for the correct size case when the new phone arrived. I politely declined and told her I would be purchasing my own case. She then told me she was unable to do a return and refused to process it. I asked if I could speak to a higher up and she told me she was the highest up. I asked her to refer me to a regional manager or someone like that and she refused to give me a definitive answer on how to get into contact with them. I decided to just leave. I called another store and they were able to process my return OVER THE PHONE, and I’d just have to come in and give them the case and they’d give me my money back. I had to drive 25 minutes out of my way to return a case that she refused to let me return locally. Additionally, not only was she visibly holding her vape, but was using it in view of customers. I’m really frustrated and unsatisfied with the service I received and Lexie is a terrible representation of AT&T.

went to store to activate my wife new phone from t-mobile and the lady started giving me the third degree with questions as to why i’m switching and where i worked, felt those questions were very unnecessary for porting and activating a phone then said that there’s nothing she can do and i need to go elsewhere and when i said where she said anywhere but here and to call something like 611. i felt very rushed and hurried and i did not like her responses and the questions where way to personal. She seemed annoyed and bothered that we were there
