Auto Authority has been nothing but wonderful for me and my Prius. Their detailed inspection reports with photos is unmatched, and it makes me feel so comfortable that they are doing work that is needed and not just trying to upsell on services. They’ve also done great work on 2 Subaru’s and have kept one Subaru still running at 140,000 miles. When I call, the person on the other end is very nice and polite and accommodating to my schedule. I work at a local business and they come and get my vehicle and drop it off when they are done. They also inform me of any future work that may be needed such as breaks, tires, belts with no pressure. Prices are very competitive and fair. They do a very good job and I am very happy with there service.Services: Auto engine tuning

Spoke to a gentlemen there about recharging the a/c. He took the time to explain that it may not just be a recharge, the process it may take, and I truly appreciated that. He wasn't the typical "salesman" at the counter trying to push. Job well done!

After 6 months of local mechanics giving me the run around (and continued issues with my vehicle even after repair), I am so grateful I went to Auto Authority! I was greeted with friendly, willing staff and given a comprehensive diagnostic and cost estimate. The repair was completed in a timely, professional manner and solved the oil leak issue that other local mechanics could not seem to fix or warranty.
