2007 Nissan Marano headlight burnt out on the driver side. Fleet Farm wanted make an appointment. Walmart is open till 7pm, with all of its service bays empty, but they wanted an appointment! Asked Google for auto parts stores that install headlights. OReilley said Muranos are too hard. Auto Zone to the rescue! Tech got the bulb, had me open the hood and less than 10 minutes the new bulb was in and I'm on my way for no additional charge for installation and only $20 for the bulb. very pleased and appreciate their service.

Honestly avoided this autozone due to lack of knowledge by employees. Recently needed a part that they had in Stock. But the bullet and went in expecting a bad experience. I was pleasently Suprised with Wesley. He is extremely knowledgeable with good customer service. He instantly knew what I was looking for, and where it was. I was in and out in minutes with the correct part the first time.
Huge shout out to Wesley. Thanks for knowing your stuff!

Angel was a true Angel. When I asked for help replacing my headlight it proved to be a challenge removing the old lamp. Angel was kind patient and never gave up on getting that old lamp out. He is a real gem. Thank you so much Angel!!

After being told they couldn't help me at OReillys just down the street, Dustin at AutoZone on Murdock was INCREDIBLY helpful. A GREAT customer service rep with an eye to finding solutions while staying friendly and courteous!! He likes people; he likes cars. What a difference from those other guys! I'll choose AutoZone again!

After waking up to a dead battery, Dustin at Auto Zone replaced my battery and wipe blades this morning and was incredibly helpful in pointing me in the right direction with what I needed. Let them help you out with awesome service!!!!

On 06/08/2023, I went to this location to purchase some items for a 1994 Acura Integra K24 Swapped Turbocharged, Six-Speed Manual, FWD that I had just purchased. Dustin and Angel were awesome! Both associates had a genuine and friendly smile and they were very welcoming upon my entry into the store. Both of them helped me quickly locate premium wiper blades, Valvoline 5W-30 Full Synthetic Diesel Oil, a funnel to add oil, and some disposable blue shop towels. I was now ready for a 1000 mile journey to Whitney Point, NY.

Gary and Dustin always go above and beyond. Gary is a long term employee who is very knowledgeable. Dustin did not hesitate to helping me exchange a bad battery for my truck even when it was 18 degrees and 20 mph winds. I am a long term customer and use them for all my auto needs.
