The process of entering a lease, making payments, and accessing the facility is extremely easy. Customers feel the storage units are clean and secure, and they recommend the place for its good rates and service. The facility offers many features, including 24/7 video surveillance with coded entry, fire alarmed climate controlled storage units, and extra wide paved drives and doors. Other amenities are drive-thru units, units with lights and electricity, portable storage units, and a mail and package holding area. There is free boat and RV waste disposal, though the dump station may need more frequent checking. The business also provides pallet rack shelving, fork lift service, and extra large loading docks for large item delivery. While most experiences are good, with no issues for years, there can be rare problems like a unit getting covered with mold, possibly from extreme weather or a neighboring unit. Despite minor issues like campers being parked a bit close together, customers feel very comfortable storing their items here and would return.

I stored items for about 4 months here during the fall/winter. The facility is clean, quiet, and secure. Great climate control as well. Would store items here again

I have received exceptional service from renting a storage unit from here . Kelly was both helpful and friendly during the process. Some worker name Kel also helped with showing me how to put my lock on. I highly recommend this place and the rates are good as is service I received here
