“Took my car here after hitting a deer that caused some pretty bad damage. My insurance gave me the option of them or Bergstroms, so obviously I chose Caliber. They said it could be up to 30 days but finished it a little early. My car looks better now than when I first bought it (from Bergstroms). If I have another collision I'm definitely going back here. I appreciated the automatic updates twice a week and nice customer service from everyone.”
“Joe really helped me out..... I let the wind take the door on my work truck bending something so it wouldn't shut.... I was in a bind ( work truck ) he charged me 25$.... I am sure he knows he could've charged me more and I would've paid it .....”

“very caring company for both product detail and employee happiness. I worked for QPC for a year and a half and it was an amazing job! The work environment was amazing, the plant manager would be working right beside you, quality inspectors at every department to guide you. The upper management was often listening to employee needs and responding promptly. Weekly group meetings with the owner, competitive pay, and availability to earn certifications from within. I would recommend QPC as an employer and client to anyone! Hats off to what's there doing there!”

“The day after Thanksgiving, disabled on the hwy. There within 15m, offering a tow to the local dealership. Being from out of town I agreed that was the best idea. Driver chimed in saying "we can fix that today." I immediately took that option over the potential cost of a dealership. We go directly to their yard which is exactly what I could of imagined. A yard, full of vehicles all years makes shapes & sizes. In my experience seeing that is simply reassurance that they know exactly what they're doing. We were given the best accommodations they could, a comfy spot out of the cold. The kicker is, the dealership I could have gone to didn't even have the part when they called, neither did the 2nd or 3rd parts delivery. The boys at Loren's got it done doing more than I'm sure I noticed. The work & customer service I received from them, I honestly couldn't have asked for more.
