Worst experience ever and it really stressed me out. I was with boost for 9 years, but switched after this -
I bought a phone that was supposed to be new, it was refurbished with a previous AT&T owners Apple ID, pictures, contacts, texts, call logs- after failing to get the Apple ID removed, they refused to let me return the phone I just bought because there was an Apple ID attached. I felt scammed and still do because even after meeting up with this person who’s Apple ID was on my “NEW” phone, we still haven’t resolved the issue, getting his Apple ID off this boost phone.
Don’t waste your time and money the owner of this boost(Ohio st) is also at the one on Main Ave in Oshkosh he acted helpless and inconsiderate after scamming me.

I just left there and Morgan who I believe is the manager is a very exceptional asset to your company. After 12 years of being with cricket they kind of screwed me over so I went over to boost and he walked me through everything gave me a great deal in record speed. Thank you so much Morgan.

Never go here. They don't fix the problem and I went back to my old carrier and they never transferred my old number that I had before I went to them
