Opened a CD online. It only took a couple minutes to give them my money on Chase Mobile. Now the maturity date is here, and they make me schedule an appointment (in person only). I tried to explain to them I live 50 minutes away, but they don’t care I have to jump through hoops to get MY money back. DO NOT BANK HERE

I’m always getting charged for things I didn’t do. Now I have been trying to talk to someone about it they transferred me all over. Now they are saying they don’t recognize my card number.

Smaller branch, so less Bank advisors, so they prefer to do things by appointment. Despite that, they were able to accommodate me during a random visit, very professional and polite. This was a previous visit.Today I had the pleasure to be assisted by Michelle. Her demeanor was delightful as she provided exactly what i needed and then proceeded to assist me with the mobile app for my convenience.Everyone is so nice here.

My parents have accounts with JPMORGAN chase bank and the funny thing is that after years of using this bank as their primary financial institution suddenly their account was hacked. Multiple charges for out of state utilities ( New York and Maryland for example) and no one at JPMorgan chase considered this strange for a customer who has been paying for utilities in her own state for years. Why would they suddenly be paying for multiple other states in the same month? Don't their employees have the common sense to question unusual activity on people's accounts? My parents are out literally thousands of dollars, they've had their phone, power and gas cut off, auto insurance shut down and they are still getting other bills returned as bounced checks. Plus after changing the account number they're STILL getting fraudulent charges on the account. Shame on you JPMorgan Chase for not ensuring the safety and security of your clients accounts!

Walking in late in the day, after a disappointing and frustrating previous stop, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Brenda Repp treated me with care and helped me set up new accounts, providing detail about the services they offer. She was absolutely great to work with! Thank you, thank you!!

Long drive when it used to be right around the corner. Notifications lag. Got a NSF notice even though I already made a deposit. The one drive thru lady is nice though

Exceptionally poor. I have been a customer of Chase for nearly 15 years and they refused to abide by a federal guideline to exchange a damaged $20 bill. This is just another example of terrible customer service and if I could give zero stars I would.

Worst bank ever. We got a little overdraft and we have the card protection but they won't let us use our debit card anymore. Basically they are trying to steal our money.

I had some automatic bills that were being taken out and a credit card payment that I needed to make. These days are very hard so my account has been very low. I received my bonus check and was going to deposit it through the app. I called and spoke to one of the managers at the Oshkosh branch on Monday at 4pm. He told me that my check wld post by the next day which it did not. Still hasn’t posted and now it’s Wednesday. My account is now overdrawn and bills past due. If only he wld not have told me it was going to post the next business day, I wld have come down to bring the paper copy to the bank and have it deposited. This is a payroll check not personal. When I called on Monday that was my only 4pm day and now every other day I work 9-5 and the bank is closed after 5pm. I am very unhappy with the false information I was given. I will make a choice to leave this bank ASAP. It may take me a full year to pay off my credit card and change banks but Mark my words, I will be leaving this bank. They are terrible!

Chase in general is a terrible bank and worst services I've ever encountered in a bank. Just deposited my regular payroll paycheck funds won't be. Available for 10days, this branch employees are good. But I'm closing my account after today last straw for me
