Yikes this daycare is a joke. They are unprofessional and don't care about the kids. The fact that someone else said the same things that I felt shows it. For the owner or management to deny it? yikes. You have two people now saying the same things. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

this place is horrible. i came to pick my children up one day and the supervisors were pushing and shoving kids and they were screaming and crying saying ow. these kids aren’t even 3 yet and they were being abused by people that aren’t even blood related.

We have a 3year old and an infant enrolled in Chiemsee Castle and have had a wonderful experience thus far. All of the teachers, administrative staff, and kitchen staff are warm, friendly and caring. Kids talk, and mine has always expressed positive things about the various staff members, all of which he knows by name. The facility is clean and never smells despite there being a lot of babies and potty training kids in attendance :)This is the 4th daycare we have been enrolled in since 2019, and I can say without a doubt it’s been our best experience yet. Menu could be better, but it is kid friendly and my child approves!

We chose Chiemsee Castle for the care of our three children for the past nearly five years. Our kids have always been happy to go in the morning and excitedly share with us what they did that day. My oldest was almost 2 when he started there and within weeks, his vocabulary and letter recognition exploded. The few very minor issues I brought to management's attention were always taken constructively and immediately taken care of. Chiemsee Castle has always provided a safe, loving, and exciting learning environment and it shows.

Fun and great place. I’ve met the staff, and they are so amazing! They have new and fun ideas for the kids to participate in each month. I highly recommend Chiemsee Castle not only for their educational aspect, but the fun things they have for the kids. I was actually a presenter along with fire fighters and they had an ice cream truck. 100% love this place!

Hard to believe it has been over eleven years since we took our first tour, until our youngest spent her last day here. One of the best decisions we have made-

This facility is only open to make money, they do not care about the children or families they serv. They recently decided to be closed fridays due to staffing issues, however the cost is exactly the same. Today I told them I needed to pay another sitter for this Friday and was not going to have enough for the $80 left unpaid on my account. They responded by telling me she could not come this week at all because they knew I didn't have the money. So far this month my daughter has attended the school only 6 days and I have paid them $900. She contracted hand foot mouth from the center on the 5th and I was out of work for a week two additional days off so far for fridays and 3 days off for the holiday weekend. I told them I was going to lose my job if she couldn't come and I started to cry so they called the police on me for being "out of control". I waited to speak to the officers, they retrieved my daughters belongings and helped me find a new center, she starts tomorrow. I am incredibly thankful for the oshkosh police department. I am beyond disappointed in the management of the center. My children really liked there teachers it's unfortunate they are so terribly miss-managed. side note * they only pay there teachers $9. hr ...... I made $13. hr 6 YEARS AGO as a day care provider ......

The teachers have been so nice and willing to work with me. They keep me informed about things daily. My son (who is 21 months) loves going here and loves his teachers!

I applied for a job here and, although I was told everything sounded awesome, was met with rudeness. “We don’t have room for all your kids.” (I have 4) so I asked if there was room for my youngest two. “As I already stated, we don’t have room for any of your kids.” Okay.. you said “all” so I assumed not room for four. ?

Really enjoy taking my new born to Chiemsee Castle because every time we pick her up, she has a smile on her face. The staff are friendly and have given us a great experience sense the first day.Sense taking our child to Chiemsee Castle, she has seemed to communicate with my wife and I more effectively. She seems more happy and loves to chant "da da da da da da." I would highly recommend Chiemsee Castle for anyone who is in need of child care! Thank you Chiemsee Castle for treating us and our daughter so nicely!

I will preface this review by saying we did not enroll our child here only took a tour. The young woman who gave use the tour was really nice and friendly but everyone else seemed to not be interested in meeting new parents. The facility itself is a bit chaotic. Its very loud and there is a lot going on due to some of the classrooms and play areas being out in the open. We were looking for a place for our infant so a loud chaotic environment was kind of off putting. The infant rooms were very small but I did like that they had separate sleeping areas, but I'm not sure how much that would help considering how loud it was there. Ultimately it didn't feel like the right place for us so we didn't bother getting on any wait list.

I have to agree with the other one-star reviewer! The director was impossible to communicate with and was rude. I also got put on a waiting list, but to never be contacted back. One year later I called back, oh we do have an opening now. My daughter went to this daycare for two months and I already put in a two-week notice and got her out of there due to the management there. The director is very unprofessional. I would never recommend Chiemsee Castle Day Care and will be spreading the word.

We have had an excellent experience at Chiemsee. We have been sending our kids since 2012. The staff is great and the office staff has always been fast following up with questions or concerns. They have become like family to us our our kids love them and their time there. So gratful for their hard work and care they have shown us. They also make it a priority to give back to organizations in the community which is such an important thing to teach at a young age. Highly recommend!

The woman answering the phone was rude and impossible to communicate with. Their waiting list is 10 months long and they require a $50 per month holding fee JUST FOR BEING ON THE WAIT LIST (They seriously wanted to charge me $500 just to sit on a list until October!!) When I mentioned that that was a little of an extreme charge the receptionist was beyond snappy and rude and stated "well we have to pay our teachers" which is fine, but why don't you pay them with money that you actually EARNED rather than ripping people off of $500 just to be ON A LIST. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE - MONEY HUNGRY AND NOT WORTH IT
