Megan was super helpful!
Visited in person with my girlfriend, and she expressed interest in an item. I wanted to surprise her so called back a few days later for it. Megan assisted in identifying the correct item with my poor descriptions. Did payment over the phone, shipped to house, too easy.
Would happily work with them again.

love their products but rude employees. forgot her name but it was some girl with a bob haircut. when i was checking out, she never said hi or anything, never smiled and even gave attitude. also when i walked in , no one said hi just stared like ok

So I have admired Coach probably since my teenage years! I am now 30 years old! I just got a coach purse that I fell in love with at a thrift shop! It was a little dirty in some spots. So I called the store up, I think it was Megan, that answered my call. I was informed that they sell special cleaners. For all sorts of bags. I wasn’t certain if it was considered a leather or more metallic surface. I asked if I could bring the bag in to find exactly what I needed for the job! I was sure that they d judge me for coming in with an older model bag. They didn’t! I waited to speak to someone and her name was Megan! Megan tested out cleaner they had opened already showed me how to use it! Told me how to clean the inside of the bag and thanked me and sent me on my way! I only bought the cleaner today, which was 15 dollars… I m certain I was the lowest sale today . I was thanked with a smile. I had my dog with me whom I’m working with to train her for service dog work she was vested as such. A lot of times people will glare at me as if I wanted to have to rely on a dog to function everyday life. Instead she made us both feel welcome . Thank you Megan ! I’m sure in the future we will be back for more! Thank you for being so helpful and welcoming! It truly made the first time I was in that much better!

Did not get greeted or asked if I needed any help but another women walked in behind me and got greeted and asked if needed any help... not sure if it was due to racism but I walked around for about 3 minutes to see if anyone will approach me but instead they followed up with the other customer and still left me with no help.

Unfortunately went to visit the store many times this time I encountered the rudest sales woman ever I try to redeem my birthday points and order to get a perfume set but was unable to take some samples back to my mom to see which fragrance she would like she’s a very busy woman and I wanted to surprise her and let her try a few fragrant sent so we know which one she would like instead of me just randomly picking something and she might not enjoy it the woman refused to help in anyway she actually acted annoyed and appalled I even asked her about samples she had A bag of samples on the counter that had writing on the bag samples she said unfortunately these are promotional samples and you have to purchase something in order to get the samples I asked her if I had any birthday points to redeem she looked them up and yelled ha yeah that was in February this is March you won’t be able to redeem them February month is already gone well I thought being a manager you can override something like that if I never use my points in the 30 days and guess what February doesn’t even go all the way to 30 days and I would’ve never knew about my birthday point had I not been in front of a customer who used her birthday points I can’t believe that Bath and Bodyworks only gives out samples of their fragrances to customers who purchase something I thought samples should be something that is given especially for promotion and marketing reasons we can’t smell fragrance samples over the Internet brick and barter is still alive and we would like to keep it alive some of us like to touch and feel and we also like to let other people decide what sense and fragrances they desire but when you have a sales woman who is not considerate who doesn’t want to help you doesn’t want to answer your questions and looks down on you I started to feel like it must be my skin is that the reason she didn’t want to deal with us I hate to feel that way but in some cases when you’re talking to people and they don’t give patience and helpful Accommodations to fulfill your request and I are not helpful but you see them helping other people with a different skin complexion it feels degrading I was really upset I told her how I felt and I walked out the store I don’t think I’ll ever visit the Oshkosh outlet ever again

I had a really fantastic experience here yesterday! I ordered the West Pack online and it came damaged, so I brought it to the store for an exchange. The process was super easy and I decided to take a look around the store afterwards. Sarah (I believe that was her name!) helped me find a really gorgeous bag and a matching silk scarf to tie on it. She was super friendly, helpful, and made the experience really fun!

Jenessa and the manager working the morning of 3/2 are absolute standouts. They helped me navigate a very stressful and frustrating online order discrepancy with patience, total professionalism, and competency. The people who work here really know their stuff. The store was extremely clean and well organized. Highly recommend shopping here!
