I had a very good experience at cricket , on Kohler Street in Oshkosh, employee Robert help me out upgraded phone to a new phone, he was very polite and professional, and knows a lot about all the phones that they offered, highly recommend stopping to cricket and talk to Robert !!!

This place is a joke. I went in no other customer was in the store. Someone else walks in. He waits on her tells me to hold on. Ummm I was here first. Hers is gonna be faster. Just crazy how things work now. 1st come 1st serve. Thinking bout changing phone carriers cause of this experience.

Asked for a phone and they said they would out it on hold for me and when I got to get it they ended up selling it right before I got there and they told me to come back latter in the week

After 13 years I'm done. Bad service n upgrade was more than a phone from boost mobile. Called customer service for a pin to port my number n twice they hung up when I told them I needed to port it out because of bad connection n internet n my dad's on hospice I need my phone to work. They hung up. Keep my number you lost a long time customer and went from a 4G cricket phone to a 5G at a cheeper price than crickets upgrade. I see why your reviews are going down. Good riddance. Any company that has a customer service recording saying that their attorneys are listening BEWARE!!!!! Call it n you will hear it.

The ONLY reason to stick with cricket is the low monthly cost. The service sucks, customer service sucks, and they never answer the phone. Not to mention shady pricing practices.

They were very knowledgeable and I felt good right away.I went in there to stop my service and they had different people working than before.So I was so happy and it eased my mind.Their names areJohnny and Elijah in Oshkosh Wisconsin.

Called the Oshkosh cricket store 15 times each time I was hung up on before I even got to talk to a employee. If you can't hire customer oriented people maybe you should close the store. This is unacceptable customer service will definitely be looking for a different option in the future.
