After 13 years I'm done. Bad service n upgrade was more than a phone from boost mobile. Called customer service for a pin to port my number n twice they hung up when I told them I needed to port it out because of bad connection n internet n my dad's on hospice I need my phone to work. They hung up. Keep my number you lost a long time customer and went from a 4G cricket phone to a 5G at a cheeper price than crickets upgrade. I see why your reviews are going down. Good riddance. Any company that has a customer service recording saying that their attorneys are listening BEWARE!!!!! Call it n you will hear it.

The ONLY reason to stick with cricket is the low monthly cost. The service sucks, customer service sucks, and they never answer the phone. Not to mention shady pricing practices.

They were very knowledgeable and I felt good right away.I went in there to stop my service and they had different people working than before.So I was so happy and it eased my mind.Their names areJohnny and Elijah in Oshkosh Wisconsin.

Called the Oshkosh cricket store 15 times each time I was hung up on before I even got to talk to a employee. If you can't hire customer oriented people maybe you should close the store. This is unacceptable customer service will definitely be looking for a different option in the future.

Tired charging us 9.99 for a sim card on a new line activation. Website said we could get a sim card for free also tried to charge us a 25 activation fee when the website also said there would be none.

I have always had great customer service at the Cricket Wireless store in Oshkosh, WI. Today my son and I were helped by William. He was very knowledgeable and gave us instructions about how to use the insurance to get my son's phone replaced. Very helpful!

Love the company and cell service we get but the employee's at this store are on a different wavelength. I understand that getting workers to show up is a big deal but unfortunately this has led to individuals that have NO customer service skills whatsoever. Employee I dealt with took a personal call when I was at the counter with him and for whatever reason sprayed about half a can of deodorizer on the carpet and in the air inbetween setting up my added service. Almost made me throw up with the amount he sprayed.

Christan and mason were not only amazing at getting me a phone within my very tight budget. They were great at keeping my son entertained in the store. By far the best costomer service i have ever gotten. 10/10 would recommend.
