12/28/24 I tried to exchange a $25 top for a $35 top, both prices are todays prices. I wanted to pay the difference. I did NOT bring my gift recite. The person at the counter refused to make the transaction. This was at store # 4214 at 10:30 am today.
If this is your company policy I am not sure you can afford a policy like this, this time of year when brick and mortar stores are closing. Other brick and mortar stores will be happy take my money.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Merchandise is almost always on sale. They do carry some different items than the retail store as well, which is nice.

As usual, we found some very nice items on sale! You can NEVER go wrong at Eddie Bauer! We always get great customer service at your Oshkosh location. Please, don’t ever close that store. We will always “make it Eddie Bauer.”
