Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Merchandise is almost always on sale. They do carry some different items than the retail store as well, which is nice.

As usual, we found some very nice items on sale! You can NEVER go wrong at Eddie Bauer! We always get great customer service at your Oshkosh location. Please, don’t ever close that store. We will always “make it Eddie Bauer.”

We were so happy with our costumer service at the Oshkosh outlet with Jennifer, yesterday. It what was a very busy shopping day she dedicated her time to helping myself and grandmother try on array of different coats. She made fabulous suggestions and was extremely helpful. Thank you again!
