Refused to ship my stuff because packaging was flimsy on all 4 thing I tried to ship? They were packed very well. I would understand if they thought 1 or 2 of them weren't good enough. Obvious cash grab when they said they would re package all of them for an extra $100

Not friendly or professional. I wish I had selected a different location to ship the package from. I walked out of the store feeling and worrying if my package would be well taken care of and shipped out properly.

Went into the store with a specific question regarding time sensitive delivery of legal documents. Spoke to store manager, Liz.
She mis handle the shipping instructions. Her excuse was, “Sorry, I misunderstood, but there’s nothing I can do about it now.”

Could not get a person just a computer phone system asking me to pick a number and kept asking for me to put more numbers in then at the end it hung up on me. All I was trying to do is get some flyers printed. Horrible waste of time. Not dealing with them again for office stuff. They should stick to delivering packages, they’re good at that.

My package was delivered two days early. I'm not going to be home for two days so it's going to just sit outside in the elements for that long. Since the package was delivered theres nothing they would do. I put in a request for the package to be held at the store which was ignored because their system takes up to 48 hours to update these request. It's 2024 it shouldn't take that long for their system to update

You need a drop box in omro. You only have 1 location in omro and I refuse to go into dollar general with those really rude people. YOURE LOSING BUSINESS FOR YOUR LACK OF DROP BOXES.

FedEx is absolutey the worst shipping option!!! I dropped off a package (time-sensitive medical sample) two days ago that was supposed to be priority overnight delivery and it still hasn't been delivered yet. I tried calling the local center where I dropped it off and all I get is a stupid automated answering system. Don't post a local number if you're not going to answer it! If I could, I'd give them a zero-star rating. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Lizz was friendly, personable & professional! Came here on 9/9 at approximately 3PM. I came in with a thick piece of cardstock, hoping to have something printed on it. Lizz made the entire process very easy & the project turned out perfectly! Would 10/10 recommend, will definitely be back based on today's experience.
