I have numerous cameras around my house including a ring camera. Day one Thursday, I was supposed to have a package delivered. I come home to find a slip hiding on my porch as it had fallen off the door as they did not securely adhere it to. So on Friday, I stayed home with my car parked out front to see that there was someone there. They did not pass by the house nor did they ring the doorbell. Instead they marked it in their system as if they had made an attempt, yet all of my camera footage would beg to differ. Then they said it was out for delivery this Saturday morning. I have plenty of things to do but instead had to wait for this package. Checking my ring camera constantly and looking out the window like a paranoid person. Nothing. Not an attempt but at least they were smart this time. Come Sunday, I picked up my yard and started to mow the lawn. My girlfriend was inside waiting for the package. The FedEx delivery person did show up to the house to a slip on the door that was signed. They did not deliver the package. Instead he comes out of his truck with another slip, placed it on the door, then rings the doorbell and runs back into his truck and drives off. There was not enough time even for a reaction to have caught this guy and say hey deliver the package because this is your job. So I called customer service for the second time with them saying they will not have the delivery driver turn around and that all they can do is make my complaint heard. At this point in time I am furious rightly so, even though it is not the representatives fault. So I requested to speak to a supervisor. They said they will have the delivery driver deliver it today. I said I need to have this package delivered before noon because I have a lot of stuff to do today do to not being able to do anything all weekend because of the incompetence of the delivery drivers. Not sure if it is always the same one. So here I sit.. ten minutes to noon. With still no package. Usually I wouldn’t care so much about a package. It feels important to note that this is an air conditioning unit as my house does not have central air and with the blistering heat that we have been having lately, the units we have are not able to keep up. So these people are not only not delivering the package but they are tampering with the lives of my animals that are home while we are at work. Get your act together if you are a delivery service AND actually deliver something.

Left my package somewhere other than my house three days ago still no answer another time the driver lied about delivering it the next day I had to chase into Walgreens in New London to get my package

This FedEx service delivered a package today two days late, damaged and decided to lean it up against a blind garage door. There were instructions to deliver to the covered porch, which was about 10 feet away. They did not knock on the door or ring the bell at delivery. This is the laziest group of delivery drivers. I typically avoid ordering from any vendor who uses FedEx for delivery, but I placed this order through Amazon, I will continue to avoid any seller using FedEx for this reason. I will need to be more careful with my Amazon purchases for sure.

My very large and heavy package was delivered to my neighbors house. I yelled to the FedEx driver while running after them, "wrong house. You delivered to the wrong house. " They looked at me and kept on driving. It took 15 minutes on the phone to speak to someone at a call center in India so they could contact the distribution center 10 miles away from my house. By then the driver was long gone. Hours later, I'm still trying to get some kind of information about when they are coming back. The package is too heavy and awkward for me to carry or put it in my car. Furthermore, If I ask the neighbor to help and it gets damaged, FedEx won't allow me to make a claim. Driver, you had one job. I guess the reflective house number signs in front of each house at the road are only for decoration. POOR DRIVER SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I know as a retired semi driver that mistakes happen, but why does it always seem to be FedEx doing it?
Just received a package from your driver, went right past two different signs saying my house numbers and a sign with my last name on it, the package is my neighbors!
You know, Trump is sending all your employees back to Mexico that can’t read soon!

With this service, the shipper understands if there is a problem with the package or delivery, we must direct you, the recipient, back to the shipper to discuss the next steps to handle this.

Almost half the packages they deliver goes to the wrong house. Last 5 items that went through FedEx 3 ended up elsewhere and they won’t take responsibility on replacing what they messed up on. Pretty bad that the USPS or amazon does a way better job than FedEx.

My boxes from Walmart were delivered today, UNDER A TREE, OUT IN MY FRONT YARD, 43 YARDS from my front porch where they were supposed to be delivered!! The boxes were damaged, one wasn’t even sealed shut. It also had a gaping hole in it where things could fall out. Items I paid for! I am 60 years old and had to carry both boxes up to my own house. Some delivery. I’ve read most of the bad reviews on here. I guess it doesn’t pay to even try and call to report my issues. So I just went straight to reviews. I will complain to Walmart though. Oh one last little note: the woman who delivered my boxes and put them under a tree must’ve known it was going to rain cats and dogs. Thank you for the consideration!!! I do have an indoor nice and dry front porch. Delivery directions state to put INSIDE OF FRONT PORCH. Guess they can’t follow directions either! ZERO STARS for FEDEX!!!!

We had a delivery from 2 companies on Tuesday. The driver was yelling and repeatedly swearing so loudly that it caught the attention of my neighbor from inside her home!
The box with food in it was wide open with it raining outside. Thankfully our neighbor covered it after checking why there was a someone yelling so loud. That sort of behavior on company time & in public is an embarrassment.

They delivered legal paperwork to the wrong adress. They delivered to North. I live on South. Because of their screw up my paperwork and the process has been delayed. They dont seem to care at all that they mishandled LEGAL AND CONFEDENTAL PAPERWORK.
