I would give 0 stars if I could! I was expecting an important package today so my husband waited for it. The tracking said delivered with a garbage proof of delivery photo. It literally showed nothing so how is that proof? My husband did not see the package at all. He contacted customer service & had to fight the automated system to get to an actual person. They started an investigation & said they would contact him back around 11am when the driver got back. He didn't get a call so I called during lunch at work & got no help either. All they said was that they would try to locate the package & will contact us. What do you mean locate the package!? How are you going to locate it when it shows delivered? Clearly your drivers are untrustworthy or don't know how to find the correct houses if it was delivered wrong. I don't get how this company is still operating seeing the horrible reviews left by other customers.

I was to get a delivery on the 26th. They said I needed a Signature. the computer computer when I called said no signature required. I called in and the Computer generated voice that talks. I called early in the day and the lady set up the appointment for 4 o'clock My delivery did not come.I contacted FedEx again with the foreign people answer. I fought through the computer generated Voice 5 times and he said he would start an investigation. I don't want an investigation, I want my packagech. It should have been delivered 2 days ago. Incompetent is least. I can say and yes, I am very upset.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Delivery drivers straight up lied. Caught on camera and continued to lied. If, you don't wanna deliver people pkgs then maybe this isn't your field! Just saying!!!

Driver did not attempt to deliver the package as I was waiting on my driveway for her. The package needs a signature and FedEx has 0 "power" to help resolve any issues.

Tracked my package. It said there were delivery attempts yet no door tags left. Called customer service and discovered that my package was sitting in one of their out of state warehouses. They transferred me to a supervisor since they didn't know what to do. The supervisor told me my package would be delivered in the next couple days. Was never delivered cause I waited all day for it to show up. Now it's sitting at a pick up center yet I told the supervisor I can't drive due to having brain cancer. And the person I could get to possibly pick it up gets off from work after they close. So how am I supposed to pick up my package?! That and the center my package is at on Google maps says from the owner that the location is not open to the public. So really how do I get my package!! Fed ex sucks horribly!

Tracking said my package would be delivered on Monday. It is now Friday and no delivery. Customer service is useless almost impossible to get a human. Apparently my mattress is just on a truck driving around the valley for 4 days. Gave my bed away Sunday to make room for the new one that was supposed to be here Monday before 1pm. Now it's Friday night and I've had no bed all week. Going to cancel my order and go buy from local store. Will not use or deal with companies that use fed ex again

FedEx said they tried to deliver 3 times to my business and said we were closed. That was a lie. No Fed Ex truck even came down the road. (We have cameras that record every vehicle on our rural road.) Either they can't find our location or the driver didn't bother to try. I tried to get them to hold the package for pick up but their automated system wouldn't even give that as an option. The is no way to talk to a human being any more. If they won't even try to deliver to a rural address why accept the shipment? The WORST company ever.

I don't know what it is with FedEx every time I order something that forces me to go through them, but I have never received my package on time and the customer service never even attempts to be helpful and very clearly makes stuff up on the spot. Time and Time again Im given the run around.

Delivered 2 times this week takes my picture to verify I recieved package. Say my delivery is coming today, then say business was closed could not Deliver. Lies, I was here all day I live here and own the building and business. Don't waste people's time! It's not right, it's something we can't get more of!

I don’t know if FedEx is trying to compete with UPS for the worst delivery service and worst customer service possible but from now on I’m gonna ask how a business is shipping the item that I’m ordering and if it’s from FedEx or UPS I’m gonna tell them, I refuse to give them my business. Drivers aren’t even trying to make an attempt to deliver packages when they don’t feel like delivering them and then when you call customer service, they have no idea what’s going on at all you ask to speak to a supervisor and they just tell you know you have to talk to me. Nothing but shady people and business practices.

No customer service. try to call multiple times and the automated system keeps hanging up on me after giving the tracking number.Have had bad service from FedEx Ground for multiple years. Very difficult to run a business working with FedEx Ground.
