Store Lead Ben was super short and rude with us after we declined to renew the rewards subscription. He was not personable and did not provide good customer service at all.

They need more than 1 employee working at a time. Some customers require a lot of their attention, and without another employee, the wait to check out or get help is extremely long.Prices are a bit high, especially for games that have been out for years. Employees are a bit aggressive about asking repeatedly if you need anything.

Game stop seems to have really cut back on their game inventory we were shocked the xbox games wall was about 1/3 of what it used to be. We did find some really cool gear and anime items, but we didn't buy anything because it was just taking too long to wait for checking out. We were greeted right away when we came in and asked if we needed help finding anything no knock at all on the staff they were super nice. I suppose with Covid and online purchasing now that they had to change a bit. I hope they continue to have a nitch in gaming, but personally I just don't see going there anymore.

It’s the best game stop in the area. More selection but my husband and I go to Appleton now. Shemone is a real jack wagon. Not sure how she even got to be a manager. Always rude. Tried to flag my husbands account for wanting to utilize a warranty.

I've been trying to score the Playstation 5 for the better part of 2 years with no luck. I finally decided to call around to Gamestop stores that are in other towns to try my luck. When I called this particular store an upstanding individual by the name of Austin answered the phone. When I inquired about the PS5, he said they had them in stock. His interpersonal skills were very positive. He was most helpful with directions on how to get to the store from out of town. When I got to the store 22½ minutes later, the transaction was smooth, efficient, and expedient. I left with a PS5 as well as the game Grand Tourismo. The only reason I took the time to write this review was because of how positive Austin's attitude was. He's a very good representative of Gamestop. I was in the store on Nov 15, 2022, around 7pm.

Came in once during the FF7 remake release; a smarmy little man refused to sell me the game because I didn't have a mask (right when COVID kicked off) and I didn't want to purchase one for 5 dollars. Got it way cheaper at the Walmart 100 feet away and never went back. Well done!
