I purchased an amp instalation online ..Got an appointment..the dude that works there refuse to do my installation because my amp wasnt purchased at best buy.. they charged my best buy card canceled my apointment and claim they completed the instalation.. when they didnt!! They lied to the store..had to file a dispute to get my money back..very unprofessional geek squad service..

Very helpful and patient. Our computer was updated and checked over with no viruses detected. Settings were adjusted as requested and geek squad was very attentive to our service needs. I have very low vision and they made sure they left all my settings on black background and very large print so I can read my computer details. Thank you.

Over booked my scheduled appointment twice. TSA is a cake wall compared to the hoops you have to jump through just to drop off a warranty item! Absolutely ridiculous. I would rate 0 stars if possible.
