Katie is amazing, she is able to read the notes from the last time I got my hair cut. She is professional and has a great listening ear. The facility is always clean and welcoming.

Your online check in system is a joke. Choose the option to get a text message when to “head to the salon” never got a message… went in, over an hour wait with one person sitting in the lobby. The online check in needs to go.

Horrible experience. I went in there and asked for a 0 fade and the barber wearing the kilt did a 0 all the way up and didn’t transition so that it looked like I had a mowhawk. He was so aggressive and rushing to the point I was bleeding on the ear just from jabbing me with the clippers. After that the guy insulted me by telling me he should do my eyebrows because I should really work on them more.

They won't book appointments and only do walk-ins. Every time I've tried to walk in it's an hour wait.

Absolutely garbage scheduling system. Checked in online and got removed from the list. Then was told it was over a two hour wait. Horrible service when I went in. Never going back

Do not pick the person in the kilt. He was very rough with combing my 7 year old son’s hair to the point my son had tears in his eyes and even told him that the combing hurt. This person did not seem to care at all. After the cut was finished, we noticed that there were pieces hanging in his face that he missed. He had to recut those pieces. He seemed rude and in a hurry to get the cut done. We’ve had some good stylists prior to this visit but we will not return to this salon after this experience.
