Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh

The Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh offers a comfortable and clean stay with spacious rooms and good amenities. Guests appreciate the location, especially during events like the EAA Fly-in, due to its close proximity to Wittman Regional Airport and the excellent view of air shows. The hotel features a lobby with a nice selection of snacks and a bar open until 9 PM, making it convenient for guests to relax. Many reviews highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, with some mentioning especially positive experiences with employees who go above and beyond to assist guests, provide helpful information, and make large groups feel welcomed. However, some common issues are noted. Rooms are generally considered ordinary, with minor maintenance problems like wobbly bathroom fixtures mentioned in a few reviews. One guest experienced a lack of housekeeping service despite multiple requests. Check-in and digital key services work smoothly for some, but others feel housekeeping staff can be overly early in knocking on doors before checkout. Despite these drawbacks, guests often describe their stay as comfortable and pleasant, valuing the clean rooms, pool, fitness center, and overall positive atmosphere. The hotel is especially recommended for travelers seeking a reliable, clean, and welcoming place, particularly those attending local events or traveling with groups. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh provides a good experience with friendly service, though some room for improvement remains.
