Absolutely terrible services. I could have completed my Taxes online for better service. In addition I am still waiting for a copy of my corrected taxes and trying to contact Human Resources or Management is impossible.

I have had H&R Block do my taxes for years and have always been happy with the results. Love that I can drop the paperwork off in the envelope you send me each year and then come in for a short review and be done. I will be back next year and talked to my sister about coming in next year too.

They no longer care about your tax return only about their fee for processing. They don't follow up on anyone. Takes a month to get my return.
