If you’re looking for the old school, Ma and Pa kind of shop that many believe only exist on film or on TV. This is the real deal. I cannot express enough gratitude for the service skills, openness, honesty, and professionalism for Adam and all the staff at this location.
I encourage anyone who is not absolutely happy and satisfied to at least give them the opportunity from replacing a flat tire to helping me with an old vehicle. I cannot again stress and speak highly enough of all my experiences Here. They have won my heart and my business and I hope they can win yours as well. Adam is a lifesaver. He has helped me out of a jam so many times and has always been very pleasant to work with. The prices are very reasonable and he's upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done. I'll never go anywhere else!

Fixed extra things on my car without asking/calling to confirm. Went to go pick up my car and had a surprise $300 bill. Super unprofessional and inappropriate for a shop. Used to go here for regular maintenance but unfortunately will not be returning.

My daughter was having issues with her vehicle and I told her to drive it to Jacobson Auto Service, where she left it overnight. I called the next morning and explained what was going on with it. Adam had to call around for a part that was not the easiest to get but once he got it in, him and his crew knocked it out and had my daughter back in her vehicle within a day. They even changed the oil when asked if that could be done before pick up. By far the best service I’ve ever experienced!

Making this review because I decided to make a huge mistake about going to a different mechanic given unfortunate circumstances. Never again will I go anywhere else but here. I bought a mustang off of facebook marketplace a year and a half ago and had them check it over and they found issues with the car. However Adam was very helpful and guided me in the right direction on where to take my vehicle to get the more difficult procedure done while getting the best price possible. They have done my oil changes and tune ups for years now and have never had any issues. Easily the most professional and reliable mechanic in Oshkosh.

I bought a car off of Facebook a day ago and got it home and the very next day it started to make noise. They were able to get me in within a few hours and checked over my new car. He was very kind and upfront about it. Definitely eased my mind knowing I was being helped by a guy like that. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and quick to order my parts and set a date for me to pick it up. Really great service!
