I tried to make a smoothie and both machines happened to be out of one ingredient. Vanessa replaced them both and then gave me and my wife our drinks for free! Absolutely wonderful service!

I recently visited my local KwikTrip and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. I was craving a turkey bowl, but they didn't have any pre-made ones available. Instead of telling me they couldn't fulfill my request, the staff went above and beyond to make me a fresh turkey bowl from scratch!

Placed two orders for kwik trip Jackson street Oshkosh Wisconsin on 01/20/2025 through doordash. Got charged for BOTH orders but only received ONE ORDER. Kwik Trip personal told the doordash driver that both orders were complete and in the bags, but neglected to add EVERYTHING I ORDERED. Basically kwik trip took the money and LIED to the doordash driver, plus RIPPED OFF A CUSTOMER! Leaving me to get upset with doordash and the driver. While kwik trip is stealing from customers and letting doordash take the fall.

I am an every other day customer of the Kwik Trip on Jackson Street. I work just behind this store and LOVE LOVE LOVE their chicken salad in a tub!!
The last month or so, I have noticed the decline of the cleanliness of the store.
Walking up to the entrance is very dirty. while I understand that this is a very busy store...especially at lunch time, the same garbage has been outside for over two weeks now. The waste ans do get emptied, but are normally overflowing.
The same trash, cigarette butts, wood chips from the wood pile are still there.
The rug going into the store is absolutely gross. It doesn't look like they even vacuum or sweep the entryway. Not a very good impression upon entering the store.
Today, I noticed how dirty the floor was in front of the fresh foods.
The staff is AWESOME!!! Very professional and very friendly. They really seem to like their jobs and they give Kwik Trip a good reputation.
I won't stop going for my beloved chicken salad, but I cannot help feeling a little disappointed in the way the outside and foyer look. It really doesn't take much to sweep or vacuum the entrance to make the place a little more inviting.
Maybe it's just me...

The ladies at this Kwik Trip are absolutely amazing after a bad experience with the Kwik trip in omro where I live. I turned to them to order a sheet of pumpkin bars that omre refused to pull from their freezer to sell. They not only pulled the pumpkin bars from their freezer. They also were kind enough to individually box them for me and deliver them to my car without complaint. I would highly recommend this Kwik Trip they are absolutely amazing!
