DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My car was towed here after an accident, which was only 10 MINUTES from the accident site and I was charged $637. RIDICULOUS. Then I had went to grab some things out of my car and the owner was immediately rude and disrespectful to me and continued to tell me I had an attitude and tried to justify the $637 towing fee by telling me I was wrong about the distance to the accident site. Then followed me to my car and questioned what I needed and continued to be rude. DONT GO HERE. Would give zero stars if I was able.

ZERO STARS. Avoid this place at all costs!! This has been the most unprofessional experience of my 30 year career in the trucking industry. Loren and his wife were extremely rude and hung up the phone several times when asked for details on billing. Loren promised to do work that he had no intent to deliver on. We were charged over and above normal cost. Our unit was towed against our approval and held for ransom. There are other reputable companies in the area!!

The worst experience that I have ever had. The owner is so rude and sick person. They towed my truck and didn’t fix it at all. However, they charged $1548.75. They charged for three and half hours as a labor when they had done almost nothing. The worst place ever and I don’t recommend anyone to have a business with them. Please, don’t get trapped by them.

Over priced and rude. He towed my car by the tire breaking the axle and nearly ripping of the tire in the process. Do not go through Lorens. Ask for anywhere else.

Worse experience i have ever had . towed by the tire and made it worse and the owner was very rude and demanded cash payment even when we had insurance . he said he needed the cash or he would tow it to his yard and then we would be charged more . his wife was no better she also was so rude no wonder my step sin quit working for him and alsi another friend used ti tow for him and tild me loren takes the cash payment and also charges the insurance lorna is a scam guy

The police called them to tow my car after it was hit by a drunk driver and the driver did not speak to or acknowledge us the entire time. When asked where he was taking my car he said "my yard". I told him I wanted it taken elsewhere and he said I would need to pay him right now if I wanted it taken anywhere else. I was already having the worst day because of this event and his treatment was just the cherry on having my car totaled due to no fault of my own. Would never recommend them to anyone unless you enjoy being talked to like your garbage.
