Headed to the Auto Center today for a tire repair. They were supposed to open at 8:00 and at 8:15 there were 4 people in line. Nobody. Literally, nobody showed up for work at the Fleet Farm auto center! They called in one person at 8:15 who was scheduled for 9. She said nobody was scheduled to open! Then, when she started working with the line of customers, she said there was nobody in the back to do any work! People had scheduled service! I called the store and talked to a manager. I asked how it happens that they have nobody scheduled to work in the auto center. She said, "Well, sometimes people get sick and other things come up..." I said, "Your entire staff??" There are much better places to get service in Oshkosh. West Side Tire & Auto took care of me.

It's just not like it used to be. Everything is self check out. Nobody to help you. Next thing they are going to ask me to stock my own shelves. The shelves are bare and the selection is poor. Some of the crookedest lumber I've ever seen.

Disappointed, I love shopping here , but recently, they will not allow you to get money off your debt card. They use every excuse.Management also needs to train these people better. I asked the cashier( the person attending the self checkout) if I could get money from my debt card yet? She gave me a blank look . Her body language told me I was bothering her with a question. She also needed training on manners. That all falls back on management. She was young, but that's the time to teach that.

They almost always have what I need. Their prices aren't always the best (Yeti is 5-10 dollars up) customer service is really the hitter here. Some people are very friendly but I often go in and no one offers help, they will just walk by.

Only marking this down to four stars due to the size of the location, fleet farm is a really great store overall, stays pretty clean and organized.

Dog friendly! Nice folks! They are happy to give you one of those huge orande bags if you ask at checkout... useful to keep in your car for a safety flag or rain poncho, etc...

1st. The store never has what your looking for and the staff is pathetic.2nd. If you are applying for management! Be aware after you waste all your time jumping threw hoops, you must take the insurance!! You must also apply for a credit card . They use extortion! If you don't want either you will not go forward with the position. Fleet farm do the world a favor and just close... your over priced and hire anyone you can use extortion to get a low level job. You wonder why you're so under staffed.

Now saying that I went into the service garage today, told them I have a FF battery and the car wouldn't start without a charge . I asked if they could check to see if battery was shot , they said no come back in a couple of hours I said it would take him 5 minutes to check, he said he only had 1 mechanic I said what about you he said no. I left drove to service oil on Omro road mechanic said he was busy but he would check it , long story short bought a battery from service oil . FF I'm done with you

I returned items due to the fact that they were marked with clearance tags. On reciept it didnt come up as on sale. Clerk at return desk told me to go back to place of purchase for refund. No fleet farm is a chain. She keot insisting i peeled labels back. I did no such thing.

Fleet Farm is still useful for farm equipment, hydraulic fittings and the like, and car parts. The store and brand are losing focus of what has set them apart for years. The saying "if fleet farm doesn't have it you don't need it" couldn't be further from the truth today.Menards, Lowes, and Kitz & Pfiel have really upped their game and fleet is falling behind

Went there to get a marine battery which also happened to be in ad. Of course they didn't have it. Happens all the time. Don't know why I even bother going there anymore. Used to be my favorite store.

Never again! I felt cheated. Went there to buy a rifle and saw a cheap 179 hand gun there. Waited 6 days for the background check (not their fault) when I finally got to buy them $1132 later. The lady said I still got the price because it was a clearance. So with both guns together I didn't think about it until I got home and over charged $20. They claimed the clearance gun was the all black model even though the one that I got was the one with the tag in the display case. She said she would talk to her manager and call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went. I went to the store with my receipt and they would not help me. I feel bait and switched. Got the old "you still got a sale price" line. It wasn't the price it was tagged at. They made me feel like I was wasting their time after spending $1132 in that store. This was a second chance I was giving them after another bad experience there. I will never go back.
