Bought a van here for $5k within 6 months needs $3k worth of repairs. They give you a Carfax of sorts that encourages it's a decent vehicle which it is not. If you want to get robbed blind here's the place for you.

I bought a car here recently that needed thousands of dollars in work just to make it safe enough to be on the road. When I attempted to reach out to this dealer in order to discuss the issues they declined my calls every time.

Tomorrow junking the car I bought from Pete in 2019. Paid $3,600 and had to put in over $2,500 in parts and labor since purchased including a new radiator. Overheating since fall 2021 and still doing so. Three different mechanics told me the previous owner filled the car with so much stop leak that the engine is full of it and keeps clogging things up. Flushed several times. Thermostat replaced 3 times. I called Pete today to tell him about my experience and his response was..."We don't use stop leak. Those mechanics don't know what they are talking about." (All three?)..."Maybe an angry neighbor or ex-husband put the stop leak in your car." (I thought the mechanics didn't know what they were talking about regarding stop leak in the car?)Are you freaking kidding me!!!! I was sold a car with problems, hidden from the buyer. I am also suspicious of the odometer reading upon purchase. I have my reasons. An untrustworthy lot.

Would never do business with these guys again. The car I bought had a bad leak in the sunroof that they never disclosed. When I brought it back to return it, they tried lying to me and said I should have known. A lot of misinformation on the Buyers Guide on the window that Ray claims was "Human Error". Its a legal document, theres no room for error especially when it comes to the safety of a vehicle. If you don't like the idea of walking into a building with cobwebs all over the place, shedding dogs walking around and a handgun on the table, My41auto isn't the place for you.

Reasonably priced cars, that need a bit of tlc. They are inspected, and they seem to be as forthcoming as possible with any issues the vehicle may have. Definitely stop by and take a look.

I bought a vehicle here a little over two months ago and had issues with the vehicle but Ray single handily went above and beyond. Not only did he cover the cost of the repairs he had a loaner vehicle for me to use as well. The first round of repairs didn’t help so Ray again covered the cost of the repairs and had a loaner vehicle for me to use. When the loaner vehicle decided it didn’t need one of the front tires anymore Ray was right there to the rescue with a different loaner vehicle to use. Needless to say all the repairs that Ray did to my vehicle worked and they have definitely earned a lifetime repeat customer. Ray and his team are nothing but amazing people who go way above and beyond! I can’t wait until to be back to get my next vehicle from them!

Stopped by with my wife and son to see what they had available for my son’s first car. Was met by Ray, the manager. He was a very nice talkative guy that appeared to be honest about his cars. We test drove one but my son was interested in a Nissan Versa that was along the street with a price on it close to the one we test drove. The window condition report said that it was announced at auction that the car had “structural damage” but both the sticker and Ray said they couldn’t see it. When looking at the car it was pretty obvious that the gaps on the hood were uneven which could have been caused by “structural damage”. Regardless, for the price we still were very interested but Ray said the car was not drivable and was getting sent out to get fixed but we could come back once it was ready. That sounded good but then we mentioned that we would still want OUR mechanic to look it over if that was ok. To our shock Ray became very loud and sarcastic, ripping on mechanics and how they were young kids and just out to make a buck. We did not back down on our request and he said he would obviously agree to it because if he didn’t then it would appear he was hiding something. He made it into a joke. We were taken aback by his response so we tried to move on. He gave us his card so we could contact him. Other than Ray’s rant about mechanics we really thought it was a good experience.Several days later I contacted Ray via email to check on the status of the Versa and he said he sent it to mechanic services that day and would contact us. Five days later I noticed it was reposted on Craigslist the day after I emailed him. When I sent him another email asking what was going on he never replied. We drove by a few days later and the Versa was sitting along the road where it was the last time we saw it.I was trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt but they obviously do not want customers that are going to qualify check their product. When the condition report in the window of the car is filled out by someone that is obviously hiding something I must warn people to stay away. We were very upset that we were ignored and not even notified that it was ready to be test driven. If it still was not drivable then why put it along the road for sale? Might want to pull cars that are not drivable from your inventory or at least put a sign on it. Also, having an experienced mechanic who we trust check over a used car is common sense. Bad customer service and Ray is too shifty for me. We moved on and purchased from someone else.

I bought a car from this place today. It was a 2012 Nissan Sentra. Beautiful, and very well taken care of. The owner was super friendly, and super helpful. The first car that we test drove (which he did not realise) had a problem, and he was very honest about when he realised the said problem. He did not reccomend the purchase. Afterwards, for hours, this man helped us and guided us through different vehicle's. Some of his family, who was there to visit for his birthday, had hearts of gold. It was an extremely enjoyable experience there, and I was smiling through most of the purchase from their big hearts and good humor. They told me that I can always come in for oil changes, battery changes, etc.. It's my first vehicle, and as his daughter expressed, despite our slight age difference, I could tell that he saw a lot of his 16 year old granddaughter in me. He did not belittle me for my age, and he explained everything to me thoroughly. They have an amazing one month warranty, helpful prolonged services, and very kind hearts. They are honest and helpful. I will definitely reccomend this place to any of my friends or family who are looking for nice cheaper vehicles.

I didn't realize that I brought a 2003 Ford Taurus that the bottom was rusted out. They concealed it with paint and put foam in the pipes. My mechanic found it when he was looking for oil leak. When I confronted the owner he gave me all my money back.Beware of this car place.
