Very polite and super helpful Staff with good knowledge base, Aaron at the billing helped us setup our account with loads of patience, so was another Staff who helped my Sons get his Jordans I wished I could get his name here as well (don't know if I could describe him as Afro American since I don't know his name) but he had loads of patience to help my sons try out so many shoes I got tired but he wasnt, thanks for that, at atlast my sons got their Jordans. Loved the way everyone in the store. Super helpful. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Loved the staff here. Unobtrusive yet helpful. Selection isn’t as large as most Nike outlets I’ve been to, but that’s fine. Shoes were good, and love 30% off the refurb price. This idea of refurbing is so lovely!

I when to look for some air Jordan and not one sale associate greeted me to ask me can I help you find something or nothing and few associates was just standing at the front door doing nothing I think in my opinion this is unprofessional I come to buy shoes and btw you didn't have the Jordan I was looking for very bad experience I hope the sale associates start greeting the customers to get the help they need.

Nice selection of shoes. Way better than the outlets and price was not horrible. They could still come down a little more. I'll definitely be back.

Super clean. I was able to get 4 pairs of shoes in 1 day. They refill everyday so it's first come first serve. If you wear 11 or 12s you got a really good selection! I'm a 10 so it's hit or miss
