They do what they say they’re gonna do. No surprises work done was excellent and done by competent adult. I’ve been trying to get an alignment done for years as I change tires frequently and the typical big brand tire stores would schedule it then say it couldn’t be done at time of service. Oshkosh autoworks got it done for a great price as well as some other work I needed done I won’t hesitate to go here again.

Jake and the crew at Oshkosh Autoworks are the best! We feel so lucky to have found them.
They always do a great job and we've never felt like they were trying to jerk us around or take advantage of us. They've done some major car repairs for us like replacing an engine and transmission and we fully trust our vehicles with the team's capable hands.

Jake and Oshkosh Autoworks is without a doubt the top auto shop in Oshkosh! Initially, I went to another auto shop for an estimate and was shocked to find the price nearly triple for the same job. Jake's honesty, fair prices and straightforward approach won me over. I've made it clear to my daughter, who's attending school in Oshkosh, that she should only trust Oshkosh Autoworks with her car.

Oshkosh Autoworks has become my trusted auto repair shop. I appreciate that the rates are fair and you can trust you get honest feedback about what your vehicle really needs. That, unfortunately, seems to be rare these days. From oil changes to repairs the place is top notch.

I would highly recommend Jake & Oshkosh Autoworks. He has been extremely helpful in fixing our vehicles, has provided quick service, and very fair rates. We've taken our vehicles for estimates at other local shops and were offered poor service and overcharged for repairs that weren't needed. We will certainly use Jake for all of our auto needs.

2/6/2024 Update literally 2 hours after my post we were contacted by the shop. Thankfully they asked my husband to bring back my van . He took it in for me the next day. It worked great when I drove it. Im so very thankful. I couldn't be more appreciative to the shop for repairing for me. Pray it continues too work great. Hopefully we will be customers for years to come. Cant say thank you enough. For you for repairing it for no cost to us. After first alternator failed 2/1/2024 I took my wheelchair van in to have new alternator put on . Shortly afterwards replacement which cost myself 600.00 dollars. Shortly after repair I went to go to doctors appointment. The battery light came on which is scary. Because wheelchair van needs power to get ramp up and down. And open doors for me. Otherwise I'm trapped inside when there's no power. So we called the shop left message. And another one. Still no call back its three months later still no. word from shop. So it looks like I'm going to have to find another shop to fix it for me. I really can't afford to pay another 600 bucks. As don't make much on disability. It's sad because before this company to over the shop. The private shop that been there decades always made sure there customers were happy with their work. I been customer for years. I would of been with this company also if they done the right thing. Now probably have to pay another 600 bucks or more to have new alternator on because one they put on only putting out 11-12 volts . Over 1200 for a alternator is crazy

Took my Porsche Cayenne in to get a new battery and have it programmed. Jake got me in last minute and was super quick. A+ service!
