I worked with "Mac" Mc Cann during a very difficult time in my life...and he was absolutely wonderful. He made the process of closing my mother's accounts after her passing very smooth. He was very knowledgeable, very down to earth about hings I did not know and pleasant. He worked with my sister's banking needs the very same way. Community First should be very proud to have "Mac" on their team. He was wonderful. Thank you for making the process so much easier!

"We'll find a way" needs to change. They will not find a way. I tried to stop payment on an automatic withdrawal on my account and they would not stop it because they said my spouse initiated the withdrawal our joint account. How can I control spending when they won't allow me to do so? I called again after this automatic withdrawal caused another overdraft and they told me that they could only stop payment when I had a positive balance. I had a positive balance when I went into their establishment and tried to stop the payments the first time. Then they told me it would be a $25 fee to stop payment. Hell, I'm paying that now with the overdraft fees. Their suggestion was that to stop the overdrafts from happening would be to close the account. I am court ordered to keep this account open to a person that freely takes money out of it causing overdrafts that I have to suck up and keep getting charged for. I asked if there was a way to stop penalizing me because I'm going through a divorce and that I don't have control over the spending that is going on? They basically told me that I'd have to suck it up, and that they would keep on charging me overdraft fees. I guess "We'll find a way" applies to how they will find a way to block my attempts to get the spending in my account under control and that they will find a way to keep taking my money. When this is over, I will never do business with this credit union again. For an establishment that prides itself on getting to know its customers, they failed for me. I will easily be paying at least $150 in overdraft fees before I get paid again and they will take that from my check right off the top. I had another experience where I needed a personal loan and it took over forty-five minutes to print off my forms. They were reluctant to even give me a loan to pay a retainer. There is nothing they can say now to change my mind about how they conduct business.

We have banked with Oshkosh Truck Credit Union for over 20 years and would never consider banking anywhere else. Not only is this our banking institution, the people who work there are like family to us. It is hard to find a hometown feel bank where you are not just a number but also a person. Linda is a top notch professional and a joy to work with on any banking need. Linda and Sara are always there for us and that makes us feel like very valued customers. This truly is the place to bank.

First off if you plan on calling to talk to someone, give yourself 20 minutes....it will take that long at times to actually talk to someone. Tried to get a loan for a boat...Banker never responded to me...had to ask for another banker to help me...never had to do that before in my life. Had creditors call me because I owed them money on truck loan...loan was set up for bi weekly..not weekly....had to go to bank to straighten that out.
