Very difficult to navigate this website… tried to order and proceed with a repeat delivery. It told me I had to sign in. I reset my password and everything disappeared. I tried again and couldn’t even get in. Very frustrating.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean store, animals for adoption always look to be well cared for and a great place to bring my dog for his training! I appreciate places like this. Was not able to find the exact harness I needed for my dog, but we did manage to find him some good treats!

I took my 2 Great Pyrenees in for grooming. We paid for VIP service. When I picked them up I gave a very generous tip. When I went out into the store to pay one of my pups jumped up on me. She had very sharp nails that actually cut my arms and made me bleed alot! When I brought it to the attention of the groomer and showed him my bleeding arms, he stated he could buff them but would need to charge me for the service. I was floored that they would charge me as I stand there bleeding. No animal that leaves a groomer should be leaving with nails like razors after grooming! Of course I paid to have them buffed because I couldn't take the chance of her jumping on someone else and slicing their arms or worse. When we got into our van my husband pointed out that my males ears are still dirty. Looked over both dogs closely. My female still had small mats behind her ears. They did not smell so good. Females nails sharp enough to slice my arms. Males nails were not sharp at all. Ears on both dogs were still very dirty. Fur was not trimmed around feet and dew claws. They had so much loose fur after grooming that it covered the new beds we just purchased there. There was something blue on my male. When I walked in they had my male chained to the wall. He was frantically trying to break free. The first thing we noticed as he walked over to us was his bloodshot eyes. Needless to say I will not be bringing my babies back to Petco.

Aquatics was awesome, service was a bit slow but not bad at all. Whomever worked in the aquatic section was awesome, she knew her stuff.

Your standard pet store. There are some organizational things that set this location apart from others. They have a wide variety of collars. Leashes toys and other things needed for your pet and pet care including foods treats and they also have a training area. They do have a nice aquarium section as well
