This pick-a-dump is the worst. Where to start. The parking lot first of all is small, cramped, poor visibility and not accessible. Entrance is poorly visible and cramped. The inside is dirty, poor selection of foods. It's under staffed and poorly managed. You can tell Kroger does not invest here and they could care less. Kroger had it made here because they don't have to compete with woodmans and festival is way cleaner and nicer to shop in. Kroger needs to invest in a new location with better access and more options.

DO NOT USE the Pick n' Save Pharmacy on South side. They are discriminating against people on Medicaid and not giving the right amount of medication that they should. They just shortchanged me again. I was trying to transfer to a different pharmacy again, but when they saw I was transferring they quick refilled my prescriptions which made me go out of refills so I can't transfer. When my wife picked up my prescriptions the amounts were way off. I got 2 boxes and a ziploc baggie of my Lantus pens ( 13 pens total which is about 3 weeks worth) instead of the 8 boxes it said I would. Same with my Trulicity I got 1 box out of the 3 they were supposed to send. I also only got 2/3 of my month supply of Humulin. Yet I got charged for a full supply and now I do not have enough to last until I can see my doctor again. Also Monica at the Pick n' Save south store has been stopping me from changing pharmacies. I tried to change pharmacies after being told they couldn't get one of them that the other pharmacy had. She called the doctor and said no one could get my dosage but they had a lower dose, so my doctor voided my prescription and gave me a lower dosage. Then Monica called the pharmacy I was transferring to and told them that she called my doctor and had my prescriptions sent back to them. When I called about why I didn't my prescription the pharmacy I had transferred to, told me what happened and that I should just stay at Pick n' Save.

Refused to give my sons medicine. They didn't offer any resolution or options, only to go to another pharmacy and have transferred there.

I’ve found the pharmacy prices much better than most due to the Single Care App program. I’ve gotten better prices on many of my Maintenance drugs. Even better than the Big W! Associates are very helpful and kind! You gotta give them a try!

Pick n save is a faster alternative to Walgreens, also less chaotic, and have the meds I need in stock

Not always perfect. Issues arise. But the Kroger prescription plan saves me hundreds a year and the staff is outstanding. You can tell they are often busy and have a lot to deal with but most of the time most of them are fantastic to work with. Please open one on Jackson St.

Very nice pharmacy. I've been patronizing since before the Shopko merge, the pharmacy employees have, for the most part, been pleasant and helpful. They've grown very quickly since the merge but have ramped up with additional staff. The KrogerRx program has helped save me a huge amount of money, I will remain a dedicated customer unless something drastic happens. The only critical comment is that there is no pharmacy at the north store, which is much much closer to my home. I understand there won't be a pharmacy added to the PNS north; they have an agreement with Walgreen's, from what I understand. I will continue to drive to the PNS on the south side, even though it's not the most convenient for me. I highly recommend the PNS south pharmacy in Oshkosh.

The starr at this pharmacy has been nothing but supportive and helpful over the last few years my family and i have been going there. Friendly knowledgeable staff that goes out of their way to be of service. Theve even caught medication combinations that could raise red flags that even my doctor didnt catch. I truly feel they have my family's back. Keep up the personable and thorough help!
