I normally don’t take the time to do reviews, but Miss Deb Is awesome. I don’t care if you learned mine heck I don’t even care if you say hi to me but she always does if you know my dogs name and you say hi to him that little service dog loves to do greetings because he’s also a customer service employee too, and he thinks that she Deserves a good human award!!!#bougie

I went to buy clothes and spend my money in this store with the intention of finding something that I like and for my daughter , but that wasn't the problem, it was the staff and the very angry cashier who was charging me at that moment I don't know how they hire those people who don't want to work.

The store closed at 8:30pm and it was 8:27pm when I went up to the register and asked to see some glasses. I tried on the glasses and the lady at the register reminded me “they close in 3 minutes”. The glasses didn’t work out so I gave them back and looked at the jewelry as she checked out the only other person in the store. I saw there were earrings I liked so I waited until she finished checking the other customer out to see them. Once finished with the other customer, she turned to me to say it’s my turn to check out, mind you I still was waiting by the jewelry. I then asked if I could see the earrings, she grabs them and told me “they are now closed and I am still shopping” very rudely. This woman was completely rude and I was done shopping and just had to wait for her to show me the earrings. She made me so upset that I didn’t even look at the earrings and just gave them back to her and stepped to check out my three items. I looked at the time when she scanned my items and it was exactly 8:30pm. I finished checking out and paying at 8:31:37pm. This woman was beyond rude, I will never come to this Ross again.

The store has a lot of great items! The best part, however, was the sweet cashier named Madeline, and one other young lady whom i assume was an assistant manager ir manager. I didnt catch her name, but she also was amazing! Madeline noticed a small defect with 1 of the shoes i was buying, and promptly discounted it. They were on clearance, i saw the defect, but i needed these shoes. Its rare these days to have friendly, conscientious, honest sales people, so i hope these girls know how much they impacted my visit. Best Ross i have ever been to, A+++++!
