The store has a lot of great items! The best part, however, was the sweet cashier named Madeline, and one other young lady whom i assume was an assistant manager ir manager. I didnt catch her name, but she also was amazing! Madeline noticed a small defect with 1 of the shoes i was buying, and promptly discounted it. They were on clearance, i saw the defect, but i needed these shoes. Its rare these days to have friendly, conscientious, honest sales people, so i hope these girls know how much they impacted my visit. Best Ross i have ever been to, A+++++!

On January 22nd they were supposed to have a lot of markdowns down to 49 cents per items walked in the store couldn't find anything that was marked on that disgusting.Places always a mess never clean won't be returning

Just realized while Christmas shopping that you cannot take cart to vehicles! now at least I know why the carts/baskets have those ridiculous poles on them. It was really inconvenient having purchased a lot, and some rather large items to try to grab everything by myself and in one trip!

I love Ross. They have everything that I need & everything I don’t lol. Now I’m sure you’re wondering why I gave them a 2* review.. Well I’ll tell you. Their store is absolutely FILTHY! & I mean filthy. Numerous weeks my husband & I go in & we still see the same things out of place that were there before! This past week was awful. & it keeps getting more awful. I can’t even push a cart down a simple isle without it getting stuck on items. I can’t find anything I need because it’s all scattered around the store. I don’t see any team members even trying to clean up & organzine things. I’ve worked retail, & I’ve worked retail durning the holidays. This is unacceptable. & I refuse to shop here until their employees are taught better!! Was a horrible experience tonight. & the last few weeks as well. I hope this review gets to the right person. Pictures of some of the isles.
