Dr. Petrick and Dr. Forst are awesome. Been seeing Dr. Petrick for over 10 years. My first visit with her she caught some spots on my eyes that 2 other opticians seem to have missed. She has the exact right blend of efficiency and professionalism. Dr. Forst is very professional and endlessly patient with the kids. In the front, Leah and Sage are both very patient technicians. We love coming to Shopko Optical! Thanks team!!

I was greeted in a friendly manner. The technician gathering information was professional and easy to talk with. I had a few questions and she helped with information on most and made notes for the doctor to answer the others. The Optician explained what we would do today and answer the couple of remaining concerns I had. Everyone understood clearly what my insurance was prepared to cover. I continue to use Shopko Optical because of their friendly and professional service.

Sage was so helpful the entire time. It was the first time I had used a tele health eye dr and it went so smoothly. Overall it was a great experience.
