Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Spent hours and money trying to get services removed I never wanted or received. Just walked out because they have 8 people waiting, 4 members of staff, 2 of which are helping no one.

The check-in process is unnecessary and annoying. Also, the process of canceling service is designed to be confusing with the goal of preventing a customer from dropping their services.

I recently stopped at the Spectrum store to start internet service. I was greeted by Austin at the door immediately. He was friendly and extremely helpful with no high pressure sales which made the experience pleasant.I had a technician come to install the router and modem and it was a bit more involved than expected with outside cable connections. Benjamin was patient and completed the job successfully. He was friendly and professional.Thank you to both of you. You have made my Spectrum experience wonderful. Keep up the good work!

So I'll start this out by saying I was not excited to go to the Spectrum store. All I wanted to do was upgrade my internet and activate a mobile line. These are things I could have done on the website but then realized I would need new equipment. While on the website, I saw the option to make a reservation so I did. Arrived at the store at my scheduled time. Signed in and waited for maybe 5 minutes. The rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with everything I needed. New modem, new phone and walked me through how to set things up when I got home. This was, hands down, the best experience I've had with a customer service related interaction. If there's one thing you take away from this review.. MAKE A RESERVATION! It'll save you a few gray hairs.

Guys that helped me out for my phone service were honestly the single most helpful people. Homie helped me sign up a new cell line on my account, helped me save $ on my line I was setting up, helped me save $ on my husband's line he had set up already, and it didn't stop there, he helped me save $ on my internet bill too. Went above and beyond even though they had coworkers out sick and were understaffed for the day. Absolute G.

Setup an appointment time online before going! I was able to skip the wait. The person who helped me was great and got me setup with excatly what I needed.

not necessarily a review of the store so if this gets deleted so be it but if you are considering internet service within or around the 54923 zip code do yourself a favor and choose a different provider. so many service outages you'll be lucky to have wifi run without interruption for a month straight. im paying $90 for just internet after dropping basic cable and because i feel like I don't have many options out here i guess im stuck with this provider. changes or upgrades need to be made to the network itself because it's ridiculous how inadequate it is out here

I actually worked 18 years for this company before taking another job. If you think they treated their customers bad, you should see how they treated their employees. After retiring from my most recent job, and living on a fixed income, I decided to cancel my internet service in August, and signed up for T-Mobile Home WiFi. Spectrum was charging me$85/month,T-Mobile is $40/month, less than half. And, it works great. So, after canceling Spectrum internet on August 4th, I start getting a bill in the mail for $85 from Spectrum. Finally called them today to ask what that's all about. They told me that they bill on the first of the month, and since I cancelled on the 4th, I owe them for the entire month of August. Any company that charges you for something you never got is not only dishonest, it's just plain crooked. If you want tv or internet, go somewhere else. Yes, there are lots of other options! All you have to do is some research. It's out there, folks!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stopped in with my oldest daughter to obtain a new Apple iPhone. Great low cellular pricing that saves her money every month!! Appointments recommended, then no wait time.
