Customer service has been awful, especially lately. Not all employees have bad customer service but the majority due and it makes my experiences awful especially when they forgot stuff on my target order is three separate times now. I’d like to say that I was always polite about it But they never apologize for the inconvenience or anything like that and just always so short.

Self check outs are okay. Just shopped here today on 4-27. I ended up being shorted $1.16 cents. It may seem such a frivolous amount to some people but it's about principle to me.

Drove from Green bay to pick up a laptop when I got there I was told they don't have any physical stock and it was a mistake and order would be canceled. Got an email when I returned back to green bay stating the order was ready so I called to see what was going on. Spoke to manager who was extremely rude and could have cared less about it and was difficult to work with. Stay away from this store and go to wal mart.

Any store that aligns with Donald Trump and rolled back their DEI policy is going in the hole. There’s no room for redemption, you made your choice and now you have to live with it. The funny part is as someone who picks up a lot of customer orders from target I’ve noticed a huge difference in the demographic that shops there.

Been frequenting this location since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. Only bad experience I had was back in 2017 when Santa chased me around, jingling his bells in hopes I would donate to the Salvation Army.

Target is always a wonderful experience, way more professionally run, better customer service and better stocked than the competition in the area.
And prices seem to be getting lower, not higher in the last year, especially on groceries..... ESPECIALLY compared to Pick N Save next door

Purchased a bouncing dj, the toy was wouldn’t work at all. Replaced the batteries to be sure it was defective. Returned the toy. Have been charged twice for the returned toy putting my BioLife card $25 into the negative and still had to buy another one so all together I’ve spent $90 on the bouncing DJ that’s currently on sale for $30.

The employee at check out was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help the lady who was in front of me and I could tell that it made a difference in the lady's day.
