“We made an appointment to get propane for our motor home. The closest place was the U-Haul on Ohio St in Oshkosh. The manager Katie was outside waiting for us at our appointed time. She was an absolute Gem!!! Such a nice person and a wonderful business woman!!! It’s not always easy filling up with a big rig. She made it easy for us. Thanks Katie!!!”

“Aside from using the app to return my rented trailer after hours, all else went well. I didn't think the return was completed because the final picture of where I parked the trailer would not submit. I spent more than 30 minutes in the rain trying to get it to go before I gave up and went home soaking wet. I called Uhaul the next morning and they said everything was received and I was good to go. Just be warned that the app still has some bugs in it, so make sure you contact Uhaul to confirm your after hours return was successful or you could be charged an extra $20 for after after hours return of the rented equipment.”
